The tech arrived early and diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it quickly. He even setup our car s home buttons with ease. Overall a great and pleasant experience.

Apple Door Systems has knocked it out of the proverbial park. We threw them a curve ball, and they never batted an eye! We asked for the doors to be taken down, then in a return trip, re-installed so that we could have our garage drywall taken down and new installed. Apple couldn't have been more accommodating.

Their installer (John) was amazing. Showed up promptly with a call for confirmation. He was thorough and cleaned all the debris behind him.

We are counting down the days for our new doors to come in!

In today's times its hard to find great customer service. I was impressed when I called to inquire about my garage door and in a matter if seconds the rep pulled up my record from 2009! She scheduled a tech who came out with RIGHT part and fixed my door.

Very happy with the install by Brad. He was very thorough and paid attention to detail. My garage floor was off a little so that the new doors would not close flush to the floor so he informed me as to what needed to be done and I gave him the go ahead. This took more time and he had to stay late in order to complete the job. He did this with no complaining and completed the job regardless of having to stay late. This means a lot to me since I have dealt with many home projects when things do not go as smoothly. Thank you Brad.

Had a broken main spring on my garage door. I called Apple Door and they made an appointment to have it replaced. The technician called ahead and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable, worked efficiently and was courteous. He checked the adjustments on the door and finished his work in about an hour. Very pleased with the service and staff at Apple Door Systems.

My security door lock had broken and i did not want to buy a whole new door. Also i could not remember where my security door was purchased. I contacted Apple Door they had informed me that they didnt have the lock but they would search for it. They finally contacted me and said they found it. They set a date and fixed the lock and now my door is back in service. Thank you Apple Door and there employees for going up and beyond. I contacted apple door for a repair on my home garage door. I explained in great detail the type of door and garage that I have.....which is a metal building with a metal coil type roll up door, that coils around a metal rod that supports the door assembly....The metal rod had broken on one side, the representative placed me on hold a few times, which I assume was to verify her information....I was told it would be $217.00 for the repair plus parts and I was ok with that..... Their commercial technicians came out for the repair because of size and type of door......He informed me that parts needed to be ordered in order to fix the door, which was ok with me.....After he called it in to apple door I was informed of a $151 service fee, I asked would I be credited that amount when they come back for the actual repairs and was told NO, IT WOULD BE ADDITIONAL SEPARATE COSTS WHEN REPAIRS ARE DONE.....MIND YOU ON THE PHONE I WAS TOLD $217 PLUS PARTS, NOT IM GOING TO SEND A TECHNICIAN OUT KNOWING THAT DOESN'T HAVE THE PARTS TO FIX YOUR DOOR AND CHARGE YOU OUTSIDE OF WHAT WAS QUOTED.... I called apple because they are a popular company in this area but clearly aren't home owner friendly with policy and pricing...... Being disappointed with their service I called another door company as well as the manufacturer that erected the building and both told me that this style door can't be repaired, only replaced.... So this well established door company didn't know that??? Or did they just hustle me for $151???

My house was broken in to while myself and my family were not at home. I called Apple Door the following day to come out and do an assessment of the damage and make recommendations on what can be done to prevent this from happening again. Tim (Salesman) came out and did a thorough evaluation of the doors and walked us through step by step on what could be done to help prevent this from happening again. We went ahead and replaced the entry door with a steel door and frame and had them put in a new sliding glass door. When the installers came out they were clean, polite, and got both doors done in 1 day. I highly recommend them and they will be back to replace our other 2 entry doors.

Is there any -ve rating stars? I would give that to this company. This is a fake company. My garage door spring broke and I called to get it replaced and left a voice mail on their phone. Two different people called me and gave me two different pricing for the same service WHAT A JOKE !!!!

Reached out to the company regarding a problem with our garage door. Guys came out to troubleshoot..identified problem...ordered necessary part and then scheduled time to fix. Came as scheduled..problem solved. Price was reasonable. I highly recommend.

Disappointed in the experience! Spoke with Scott and received a quote- he even went to the house to check to make sure the door would work. Went on vacation and never heard anything back from Apple. Called in and was told Scott had been back from vacation for 2 days- never contacted me until I called back. He called me back after I left a message- told him I was disappointed that he had not contacted me and told him I was disappointed in him not telling me there was a special on in July for free removal of the old door that I had missed waiting on him to get off of vacation. Said he would update the quote and send with the updated price- again have never heard from him again. If this is the best they have on the front end trying to see you a door- what would the service be like if I had a problem with the door if I did business with them. .

I had maintenance on my garage doors. The Apple Door garage door is an outstanding product. The employee that did the maintenance was professional and very pleasant.

Installation tech was right on time. Fully explained operation and any adjustments which might be needed. Added an outdoor keypad that I had forgotten to include. And hauled off the old opener. Great experience.

Storm door installation spanned 4 months (some issues outside their control, some not). Customer service is not friendly (not rude, but just barely). Was billed wrong amount and blamed for mistake and was also asked to pay twice. We're satfisfied with the door, but it was not a pleasant experience.

This company saved our project with an interior glass garage door. We had tried to use Old Dominion Doors, which turned into a disaster. I made one phone call to Apple Doors who had their guy Tim call us. He was out the next day and immediately had a great solution for us with a reasonable price. We are so happy with the finished project and so glad that we found this company with such a great representative who made the process easy and fast!

This place is horrible. A box flew out of one of their trucks and hit my car and the driver even said the box flew out his truck. The Racist owner comes out to tell me the box did not to the obvious damage to my car.

Our garage has very old sliding hanging wooden doors. The roller assembly broke on one door. Apple assessed the problem and replaced the broken roller. It was a complex job to fit the new roller bracket correctly and balance the door. Now the door works better than before, like brand new. The 2 guys who came clearly described what needed to be done and fixed the door quickly. Totally satisfied customer here.

I received quotes from Apple, Precision, and also A-1. Of all three sales reps, I found Apple's to be the least professional in attitude and communication. That being said, the quotes I received for a standard panel insulated garage door and opener were the fairest, in my opinion. The customer support folks were nice and helpful. They "bugged" the sales rep for me and got them to respond more quickly.

The installer was about 1.5 hours late. They were very courteous though, and got straight to work. They did a truly fantastic job. The wiring was run super clean and the door looked great. The end result made up for all the other negatives. I'm very pleased with the job done.

I had an issue in the evening that resulted in my car being trapped inside the garage. I called Apple and the repairman was at my house resolving the problem in about an hour. Very polite and personable. I will use again next time I have an issue.

My experience with Apple Door has always been 5 stars. They are nice. A couple of times they visit and didn't charge. They really follow up with the service to make sure everything is good.

We were VERY pleased with the Apple Door front door and storm door installation. Everyone was so knowledgeable starting with the office staff, Shawn our salesman and the install crew. We attempted to get a quote from Lowe s, but never got a response. So glad we used Apple! Good quality, and if they said they were going to do something, they did.

Great experience with this company. They sent someone out to my home to meet with me and go over my options. Lots of style, color , and hardware options. Door was custom-made so took a few weeks for it to arrive which was told to me upfront. When it did arrive they sent someone to install it. I have an old house with non-standard door framing and the installer did a great job fitting in the new door.

The work done by the technicians was first rate. The only problem there was that two trips out of four they made to work on two doors, they did not have the necessary parts to do the job, even though they should have known what they were coming here for.

Scheduling was a nightmare. Twice they scheduled dates and two hour windows to show up, but they never informed me of these dates and times. One time I received a text that they would be here that day, and one time I called them to ask if an appointment had been scheduled. At that time, they told me the date and approximate time. And do not expect a quick response when you need their services. One of the ones who came to my house said they were understaffed and backed up on appointments. It takes about one week for them to be able to come unless you are willing to pay extra for emergency services outside of a 4:30 PM time slot.

We were distressed when our 4 out of 5 "wood look" garage doors started fading. Apple Door came out and replaced all 4 of them. Their installer was professional, courteous and proficient. A true asset to the company. Thank you for taking care of this major issue Apple Door.

Great product to begin with and the prices were less than a competitor. The installer was absolutely top notch. He did a great job with the installation of the 2 door openers but what was more important to me was how friendly and personable he was. Could not be happier with the entire experience.

Quick service everything works well and looks professionally installed. The mechanic also inspected the whole system and did annual lube service with no up charge. It is 1 call and done service.

Poor customer service. Would not recommend. Poor Communication. Wasted time and money. Charged me for repairs and tech coming to look at the doors when all I asked for was an estimate. Then they were supposed to call me back and set up a time to meet with salesman to get the estimate. Never called. Then they just showed up one day expecting for me to be there when they never made an appointment. So still didn't meet with anyone. Needless to say I got my doors replaced by someone else.

Working with Apple Door was a good experience from all respects, and I would recommend them without hesitation. Their salesperson was knowledgeable, and followed-up on the installation. The new door works and looks as described, and I can honestly say that the process was easy and involved no stress or unexpected problrms.

They always do a good job. They show up on time and call ahead. All of the people who have come have been nice and courteous. Just watch out if you live far from their field office. They charge a fuel surcharge. Other than that they are great!

Good workmanship, terrible experience with the front office. I needed a door panel replaced. On December 6th, I placed the order and paid a 50% deposit. On December 13th, I was contacted and informed that I was on the schedule for January 3rd. Tech would arrive between 8 and 9 AM. On January 2nd, I received a confirmation call for the work to be done on the 3rd. Again, arrival time was to be 8 - 9 AM. At 7:59 AM on the 3rd, I received a call stating that the part was not available, and that Apple Door would put me on the schedule some other time. I explained that this was not acceptable. I had to move things around in the garage to make preparations for the repair. I had to arrange for time off work. I asked for a call back from a supervisor since I was not happy with the last minute cancellation. I got a call back later that morning - not from the supervisor. They had the part. They could do the work that afternoon. This did me no good since I was at work. I asked to speak to the supervisor. This is where it got ugly. She immediately turned the conversation into an argument. I had to tell her to stop talking so that I could finish a sentence. Unbelievable. I asked what they could do to make me happy. Shouldn't they be asking me? I got a lot of comments like "Were human" and "We make mistakes". Fine. What will you do to rectify it? I finally asked for a discount. They offered 5%. When I asked for 10, I got "No! I'm not going to give you 10%". I settled for the 5% and had the work done the following day. Had to take personal time off from work for this. The door is fixed, but it was a miserable experience. Beware.
