Harry & David Review

A lot of everything, plus a ton of samples. Ended up dropping a bunch of cash on salsas, coffee, interesting sodas, Moose Munch and their signature pear.

I highly recommend taking the tour. You can see their popcorn Munch being made, cakes being frosted, boxes being wrapped, boxes being assembled, ribbons being hand tied and fruit being sorted. It's not a staged tour, you're looking at the work actually being done. One interesting thing I noticed is that in the speed jobs it was all women.

Tour costs $5, but you do get a nice sample out of it and a coupon for the store (which you will more than likely use).

The reason for my shopping was to get apples for canning. The apples there are delicious ripe and crisp. I love shopping at Harry and David Country Store. It's my favorite place to shop

The customer service was outstanding. Everyone was very helpful especially Lisa and Erika.

They have a great selection and at pretty reasonable prices!

Ok if you want alcoholic beverages. Felt the rest was over priced and disappointing.

Got a great tour and enjoyed seeing the production lines.

Scott was great. I just recently turned 21 and came to Harry and david with a few girl friends and I ve never been a fan of wine but he took the time to show me a few bottles that I may enjoy and I even ended up buying my first bottle due to his recommendations. He was super friendly and helpful and made the experience a great one.

The best place to go for Holiday shopping and spirit. Get your wine and beer and munchies here for visitors and watching the games. Gifts galore and free gift wrapping if you want to customize.

So many yummy things to eat, big choices of wine and lots of friendly service

the employees that circulate around the store, were very rude the last few times I came to this store. I love the quality of product. But I would have to recommend some customer service training. With the added recommendation. To not roll your eyes with annoyance to a customers question.

I like Harry & David's because they have the highest standards of quality and freshness in all of their products. One of my passions is cooking, so quality products, especially fresh produce, is important to me. Their prices are decently competitive. If I have to pay a shade bit more, (very seldomly) I will because of the food quality. I love that store.

What's not to like? Most of the goodies you see online plus so much more! Great samples throughout the store so that you can try it before you buy it. Excellent customer service and high quality products. We've ordered from them annually around Christmas time for gifts... Ran into the "brick and mortar"store by accident whole on a road trip. That's when we found out there's one even closer to our home in the Troutdale Oregon area.

It's an adults market of treats to satisfy the cravings of everyone's taste buds. From Moose Munch to chocolate wines and you must explore the sample tables. And there are even gourmet meats, sauces and salsa.

The food that they sell is terrific. Still, it is out of my price range for many items. That being said, I am not a regular shopper there. When I do go there, the staff is very friwndly and courteous. They don't look down on the poor guy who only bought a small gift bag or coffee cup. They are a staple in the town of Medford and well worth a visit.

USE TO BE PROUD TO SAY H.D. WAS IN MY HOME TOWN .... BUT LOOKS LIKE H.D LEFT MEDFORD LONG TIME AGO

We went on their tour. It was so much fun to see them make the different treats! We even got to see their gift boxes being out together. Our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. You could tell that she enjoyed answering our questions. At the end of the tour we got a small box of treats to supplement all the samples that you can try in the store. The store let's you try EVERYTHING in there. They have many already out, but are super willing to open something.

This is the legendary Harry and David Country Village,and it won't disappoint!

We recently visited for a look-see. We left with a trunk full of delicious goodies. Great deals, great products, friendly, professional staff. We will be back.

Very large retail store with typical Harry and David items. The real gem is the tour offered. Be sure to make reservations, as tours fill up.

When you want something different, go here. I go to pick up local fruit and veggies and microbrewery beers. Large variety of beer and wines and everything that goes with them. Try the Face Rock cheeses. They are awesome. Then pick up a variety of Moose Munch. Can't go wrong there. Staff are very helpful and super nice.

I had fun and good to try some new fall foods. I hope for more family activities for future.

Love the apples. I gotta have Honey crisp and they have the best plus 99 cents a pound. I go there just for that plus always something else little. Taste the coffee before you buy it

Some fun. Free samples. Folks who know their products & can help with suggestions for your entertaining & gift-giving needs. They are also interested to hear your stories of how you like to enjoy H&D treats. (Swap recipes....) Did you know they have a puffcorn treat (coconut or peanut butter flavors) that has no popcorn hulls? Tell your friends who wear dentures, or those who have neither teeth nor dentures!

One of my favorite stores. Nice to have a specialty store in this area, and who includes organic items, and local companies. No rewards program anymore. They have wine and beer tasting, samples of foods, coffees, and treats, in-store pack and mail service, online store, friendly helpful staff, free factory tours, and more. I love this store.

I'd give 5 stars if the store was stocked all year long, as it is during holidays and special occasions, including with specialty items for year round gifting and personal enjoynent, and if they stocked cakes from online, and if it was open till 8 P.M., and 9 P.M. Friday and Saturday.

Okay so actually part of me is on the fence here because I absolutely LOVE all of their chocolates and nuts. The macadamias in particular are OUT OF THIS WORLD!! However the boxed pears were kind of a disappointment and mine arrived rotten when I received them for a gift recently. Every other product which Harry & David has ever sent has been exceptional quality though. And in all fairness, I think that maybe the humidity probably contributed to the pears being rotten. But Harry & David still has some of the best luxury snacks and products around. You haven't "lived" until you've tried the chocolate covered nut assortments and selections. Plus the jumbo cashews are really good. In fact there really isn't anything I wouldn't recommend (besides maybe the pears) of Harry & David products. Plus their service is really good and they always ship on time, box everything cushioned securely so it doesn't get damaged. Great gift idea for others... or to treat yourself!!! Looooovvvveeee Harry & David!

This is a fun store with great deals on gifts and produce. Samples of their products are all around the store for tasting. They mostly sell online, so some of the best deals are out of season gifts or blemished produce, but all is top quality. A tour of the plant is also available and includes a sample box and discount coupon.

Good products but high prices, when you can find the prices.

Love Moose Munch! Sizable store, huge sale was running, excellent service, tour of the farm and facility is available.

Baklava was the best I ever had. heated it up for 17 sec in the microwave and dam. could savor the honey flavor and it was flaky and layered perfectly for me.

Phenomenal store. There is everything from produce to wine here. They also have factory tours from this location. Wish there were more locations like this in other parts of the US.

Received a package with Pears and they were brown, marked up and just didn t taste good and not juicy!! Thoroughly disappointed!!!!

One of my favorite places to go. Fresh fruit and vegetables, truffles, moose munch, wine, soup mixes, etc.

A nice store with some 'different' options. It never ceases to amaze my that people think that just because something is made from organic or natural ingredients that they think it's actually healthy. Many of the items were basically junk food.

Love the holiday changes in products keep up with the season

It was really fun to visit the store. Samples galore! The gift baskets are expensive, but the grocery store side of the store has reasonably priced produce, cheese, and a broad selection of sausages. Pro tip: on the back side of some of the displays are deeply discounted gift boxes.

By far the worst company I have ever worked for. I'm American was born and raised here but more than likely you'll be stuck on an Spanish speaking line and they're ordering you what to do. Good portion have working visas and speak no English. Should be called Harry and David of Mexico.
