I have an adwords project for my B&B, several times I realized that the daily amounts of the campaigns have been changed, this time it was even done while the activity was closed because I was hospitalized, I only have access credentials me and them. Their seminars are very useful and well conducted. I definitely recommend them. As for ADWords campaigns, however, the judgment is more complex. We have a receptive structure and we have had good results with Marketing 01 in terms of contacts received but the costs of Google Adwords are not always easily managed for those who are not experienced and it is difficult to monitor the work of Marketing 01. Sometimes you have the impression that the budget invested has not been well spent. Probably those in their company take charge and follow a customer, should be heard more often and explain the data / outcomes of the campaigns set with an analysis together with the customer of the adwords page. This work is done only in the initial phase, then one has the impression of being a little abandoned to oneself, unless one intends to buy other services.

Stay away for 1000 miles. The marketers do not they do it to you, but if they do it themselves.
They brainwash you in their free meetings, and then offer you 3200 consultations for an adwords campaign.

These are real stalkers! Rogues in all respects, promise non-existent things and meanwhile blah blah blah blah. Excellent talkers and that's it. Open your eyes and stay away from Paolo Bomparola and his collaborators. these people just have to go to work in the mine, our work is worth much more and, if we are good, the feedback is still there. I therefore pay more than what was established in the contract, which in my opinion had not honored (due to legal fees and charges) and I ask for the execution of the work.
Inadequate and difficult assistance, money spent, zero results, less than nothing, no return, only thousands of euros lost.
The most unpleasant thing is that they will answer here and I will not be able to reply: I would not recommend this unpleasant experience to an enemy.

Starting out with web-marketing, we decide to take part in the introductory workshop organized in Tirrenia (Pisa) by Marketing01 on AdWords in the winter months. Excellent presentation and communication skills of the speaker. We organize an appointment at our headquarters to evaluate the services offered. The economic commitment seems high (50% Google compensation, 50% Marketing01 compensation), but we are lured by the proposed prospects. The same company representative convinces us. Let's start with two AdWords campaigns, for German and French markets. At the end of April-beginning of May we are finally on-line campaigns and here begins the difficult question of conversions, on which we had expectations (who doesn't?) And of which, on August 5, we sent the following feed-back to the company:
- Conversion question: after a long and painful illness we found out from our webmaster that the codes had to be loaded yes, but from the booking interface managed not by a company other than the webmaster; this key element, known our site and our company was instead up to the company to understand and act accordingly; the result was a delay of more than 1 month in the display of conversions (late June);
- we have always found out that conversions were not just bookings, but the codes were loaded both on the comments page and on the accommodation search pages (while we had understood from the company that the conversions came exclusively from the screen ' Thank You 'of reservations). Result: only in late July we realized that conversions were not reservations !!! If one of our employees had not imposed herself, we would probably never have received this necessary explanation.
- not having the company focused on these substantial aspects, but sailing a little on sight, albeit with diligence, we have experienced a lack of care for our campaigns and needs for feedback on the investment made; as well as our web master, whose kids receive laconic e-mails and equally laconic guidelines on codes; as a consequence for our web master so much empty work, among other things not counted in the invoice; we would then take revenge on Marketing01. Then when our employee asked for explanations as to why the company did not understand that the codes were on the interface, there was little clarity ... We feel at least perplexed.
We have the impression that the employees of the company are very competent and really diligent but work in watertight compartments and without the necessary overview.
We received no feedback on our feedback from the manager after repeatedly requesting it.
Good judgment refers to the employees of the company and their work. We were not convinced by the management of the company in terms of price-quality service and clear communication.

In the spring I made a contract with a gentleman who said he was an employee of this company, the contract includes a specific job:
Advice and creation of an Adwords account, through the study of Keywords and announcements, for the Italian market, with the function of Research Network.
We will link the Adwords campaign to your own gmail account ... they asked me for my credentials but I never saw anything
Usage lesson .... never seen
Basic assistance .... never had
given the advance as per contract. The remaining sum at the time of delivery of work and training. They took the advance they asked for credentials then nothing, in June I get a letter from their lawyer asking for payment of the work delivered !!!!! When?
