It's a nice looking place, most rooms are good condition but their food is garbage.

Lovely hotel but thin walls mean you hear doors banging and people talking throughout the night
Very nice hotel, we were upgraded to an executive room for free which was a nice little birthday gift. Rooms were very clean, staff was polite and breakfast was really nice.
Nice, well maintained place. I attended one seminar here. It was a pleasant experience.
Appears newly renovated. Clean. Quiet. Everything in the room is controlled by three central controllers located throughout the room. The staff at the front desk were very approachable. Would consider staying here again.
Great hotel, quite and clean, amazing bedroom and friendly staff. Near Victoria Station.
Great place to stay. Easy access to Central London tourist attractions
Was there for a conference. Very nice hotel and good food laid on.
Surprisingly really nice hotel, not as stuffy as many similar places.
Great staff in the bar, super rooms, massive comfortable bed, quiet aircon!!!
Big TV. Nice fittings, elemis freebies, car parking underneath.
Eat at Giraffe opposite. V. Nice.
Not best in the Park Plaza range and often find it difficult to locate events taking place here.
Conference venue was great. The food served on the day was varied and good. More selection for plant based diet would be great.
Cannot say enough wonderful things- every visit is a trip highlight! Thank you!
This is a great hotel perfect location not overly expensive for London and beautiful rooms
The bar tender needs to know more about drinks as he did not know basic drinks or their names. The toilets were unclean and not very hygienic restrooms. The hotel felt more like a three star and is only bolstered by their location.
The worst. Words cannot describe how much of a waste of money this is....
Attended a conference. Pretty standard conference facilities. Medium size venue. Audio visual average. Food pretty good. Toilet doors need new handles!
Great hotel, during the day the bar area is quiet for a quick drink or a meeting
Great location for a conference. Lovely food and friendly staff.
The hotel may be nice, however, the rooms were below average while the cleaning service was below standard. As for the breakfast I wouldn't advice anybody to opt for it as the options are limited eggs and bacon. Not ideally for anybody who wants vegeterian, gluten-free, halal or kosher. Its just eggs, bean and bacon.
Absolutely stunning and not far from Victoria at all
Liked this place.. really nice rooms and hospitality
Located next to major train station and underground. And centrally located in london. The hotel was undergoing some updates while we visited.
I went their with a colleague to a Cyber Security event.
Whilst the topic cleat won't appeal to many, the location and organisation is first rate.
Whether it was the welcoming session, 1:1 vendor chats or the individual seminars, it was perfect. Extremely well attended and yet everything ran extremely well (and on time). Refreshments were of a good standard too.
Excellent ..... Lovely staff !!!
The quality of service is awesome!
Very nice hotel .... it has everything of a BIG
Fantastic Hotel. Upon arrival we where upgraded to an executive room. The rooms was very big and very modern, even down to the electric curtains. The staff were very friendly and positive. The morning breakfast was delicious.
On top of the friendly staff and nice rooms we found the hotel itself to be very well located with everything in very easy travel distance.
So let me begin with my experience at this hotel!
Great location, convenient to the Victoria Station ( literally a 2min walk).
But if you're after basic customer service or the hotelier/staff members taking care of you, you aren't going to find it here. With my family and I expecting MUCH better, as we have travelled the world, staying at hotels such as Sheraton on the Park - Sydney, Hilton at New York and Hyatt at London to name a few ( they have much higher ratings), I have found that, their difference includes, staff taking care of the customers- which makes such a profound difference in the customer's holiday or travel experience.
My family and I have received at other hotels around the world with complementary benefits, greater rooms and basic customer service to say the least. Having a horrible experience at this hotel with the customer service not only from the staff members, but also from managers such as Belqalis and Arif, it is safe to say I will not be recommending this hotel to any of my family or friends who travel to London.
It isn't worth it.
You travel to experience all the good in the destinations. This hotel unfortunately was a disappointment and definitely something I do not appreciate is my family and I experiencing a horrible stay after travelling 23 hours to London. I.e. House keeping is extremely slow and sometimes forget your request. After I had repeatedly made requests if there are any complementary benefits of extending our stay ( which we normally have received at other hotels- usually you'd expect the same or at least we have higher standards) I found that I was almost begging? for the staff to take care of us be it a complementary breakfast or a simple acknowledgement of extending our stay. I mean seriously, normally at other hotels the staff appreciate you extending your stay. But I guess, this hotel is at a different level - or so they think?
Customer service is poor, and is something I really use to value any place I visit, as it really makes an impact to any customer! I mean, to tell you the truth, I will never be coming back here again- only reason for extending my stay is because it is close to my conferences.
So all up, my outcome of the stay is nothing I appreciate, I mean you pay almost 300 Pounds a night here to receive horrible customer service and zero acknowledgement and hospitality- so you can measure my value of this place :)
Surprisingly good and a change from the usual hotel brands nearby. Superior rooms actually worthj the upgrade too.
Nice hotel in the center. Great breakfast, comfortable beds, comfortable rooms.
An ideal location for those who need a nearby train station and transport interchanges. Luxurious (like for London) for an adequate price.
Excellent location, rooms and service. Had a late night flight and staff were more than happy to give us a (charged) late check-out/extension at a very reasonable rate. If you're looking to visit London this would definitely be a very good place to be based out of as it's a stone's throw away from Victoria station. Highly recommended and would definitely return.
The location of the hotel is very strategic to move comfortably in the most characteristic places of London even by public transport. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet is excellent and plentiful.
We had a great stay on last weekend at this perfectly located hotel. Despite our late arrival, rooms were not ready, but mr. Andrei at the Executive Lounge was amazing - special thanks for the supreme service and excellent care of us. We would definitely come back to this hotel.
Nice hotel with good amenities. Definitely recommend for business stays.
Lovely restaurant and bar, really relaxed and good staff. Rooms were good, nothing special.
Awesome ....hotel...ambience...great staff...they support you in everything.... breakfast was superb.. layout ... taste..and best. Part u can view London eye from ur room itself... excellent in every aspect!!! Have a great stay there...
Went for a conference, corporate hospitality was of a high standard, the food was good and the auditorium was well laid out and of a good quality
Very close to the Victoria tube/underground. Courteous staff and comfortable rooms.
Good size rooms, breakfast with a good variety, nice in-room technology. Staff were friendly and Tozi restaurant were of good quality.
We had a free room upgrade, and the room that we had was amazing for the price. Breakfast was good, public areas really pleasing, staff brilliant. Keep smiling
Attended a conference. Very good setup for a small event. Delicious food and superb catering. The staff is very professional and friendly.
Great location close to all main attractions. Great staff very friendly. I wasnt in my room much, always out and about but when i was, it was to sleep and shower so it was perfect!!!
Clean hotel with no carpet and great restaurant service
Good conference venue, predictably expensive central London parking
Great hotel near Victoria station with lovely food and service
I stayed in this Park Plaza in Victoria last week and was very impressed! My room was very large by European standards, and the room seemed to have been recently renovated with many modern amenities. Our room had very convenient remotes next to the beds, which controlled lights, curtains, temperature, etc. We also had a nice selection of coffee, teas, and Nespresso, free-of-charge, in addition to bottled flat and sparkling water. The location of this hotel is very conveniently located near the Victoria station, bus stops, and within walking distance of several tourist areas. I would certainly recommend this hotel to family and friends traveling to London, and would likely stay here again on a future visit.
Fantastic location and a fantastic room and service.
Lovely hotel and it's very clean inside staff are friendly and they go out their way to look after you. They have a drop off service right outside the doors. And taxis can pick you up tight outside. It's very close to Victoria station. And a stone trowel away from all the main city attractions and tourist destinations. Very nice and near everything in summer you can go for wa walk along the Thames by chelsea bright its not to far from the hotel.
EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON TECHNOLOGY (you can open and close the curtains from the buttons next to your bed or "burn the desturb inscription from inside) harrikka
Excellent hotel, only downside was lack of face cloths.. Had on first day but then none but apart from that brilliant location.. Close to Buckingham Palace.. 6 min walk, tube on door step ideal.. Would recommend
Good banqueting facilities. Can't speak for the rooms but everything seemed clean and well run
It used to be one of our favourite hotels in London. When we arrived, the window was opened, the room was very cold and the heater did not work. We called reception and they told us that the only option we have is to either change to another cold room or to have extra small heaters. The whole heating system was down and the reason was: it s warm outside so the heating system only works as an aircon (cold air) . It s 2 degrees Celsius outside. Way below average...
We were very tired and only wanted to sleep so we asked for extra heaters. It was the only option. They brought us a small heater which couldn t heat the whole room. They asked if it is ok, we said that we will need another heater so we can actually heat the room. They said it will bring us another heater. The other heater didn t come...The room and bathroom were freezing cold.
They passed us from reception to engineer to another lady who brought us the heater...
Very disappointing, really. Obviously, next time we will not consider sleeping at this hotel.
well well well. I did nt had the time to use all the facilities, but the hotel is very well located (victoria station) and room are large enough. you have bathrobe, slippers. you have automatic control (close to the door and on the bedside table) of curtains, lights a.c. and heating. also iron and iron table already in the room. breakfast completed a very nice stay
Nice hotel, good sized room, good breakfast, friendly staff. Many restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
Lovely hotel, good amenities, lunch was delicious and plenty of choice. Attended a conference well laid out venue
good business hotel, conveniently located next to Victoria Station, good breakfast
It's very difficult to find entry to hotel if you are driving
