A great hotel near Victoria Station. Convenient to the main points of interest in London, Westminster, Buckingham palace, Big Ben reachable with a 15 minute walk. A few steps away is the train and bus station and the underground station. Inside there is a restaurant with pretty good Italian cuisine. Much of the dining room staff is Italian. The rooms are quite large and quiet. Average high prices.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. Very good location.
The hotel is in the process of being remodeled so it is full of dust and two elevators are not working so there are many people trying to get off or up and it is very complicated.
As long as it is still in remodeling I do not recommend it

PP Victoria is within reach of Train., Restaurant, Theatres and on arrival the staff are extremely helpul and accomodating . The room was in top form with all the facilities we needed to start our Birthday Celebrations . The Executive Lounge Bar was open late and we could carry on the Celebrations looked after by the great bar staff on our return back to the hotel. Morning Breakfast is great and the choice of food is very well presented. We will definelty recommend this hotel for a weekend celebration event.

Free wifi was good and the hotel seemed clean and well run. The conference I was at seemed to go smoothly and the food/drinks were ok. Didn't stay the night or really have to interact with staff so can't really comment on that.

You maybe wouldn't think it from the outside, but the hotel is very nice and the rooms up to date (staying on the 9th floor). Cute high tech operation of AC, lights, curtains etc with a remote. Above the desk easily accessible power outlets and even USB charging outlets. Check-in was pleasant and fast.

We (myself, my sister and a friend) were in Londo...

We (myself, my sister and a friend) were in London at the end of June and our accommodation fell through for the first night we were going to be there. We went to the Park Plaza and we were able to get a room for the night. The room was great and the front desk staff were very helpful especially George. Overall it's a very nice hotel in a fairly central location.
Unfortunately at this hotel I had the worse experience I've ever had travelling and I've traveled a lot since I used to travel for work.
I committed the cardinal sin of not putting my passport in the safe. We were leaving the room for half and hour, i remember going out the door but decided that since we would not be away long i'd leave it in my back pack expecting that it would be safe. I forgot to check for it when we got back to the room. On checking out the following day having reached our other destination I realized that the pouch with my two passports were missing.
To cut to the chase I called the hotel and they checked and said it was not there. I insisted that I was coming back to look for myself. I went back and searched with my two companions and the manager (Francisco). We searched everywhere, under the bed behind furniture and especially in the safe. We all agreed including the manager that it was not in the room. We went back downstairs and asked for details for the nearest police station, my girlfriend who is herself in a similar business insisted that they check the cameras in the corridor. The manager and the security personnel went to do so. In about 10 minutes the manager came down empty handed and passed us without a word and went into the office, Then the security man came down empty handed without a word to us and went into the office.
Five minutes later the manager came out, pouch in hand. "Oh Mrs. Thomas good news we found the passport." There were my documents safe and sound, naturally I was delighted. I then asked him where he found it and he advised that it was found in the safe. The security man also came over and they both insisted it was found in the safe.
Now it seem to me the Park Plaza has a magic safe, as no less than 6 individuals inclusive of the manager and two of their staff had already searched the safe. It was nothing short of a lie and it was very insulting. I Made the first mistake of not securing it in the safe but you would have expected that you would not encounter something like this at a hotel like the Park Plaza. To compound it there was no apology and no suggestion of compensation for the stress caused.
They know what happened, I will never know but I want everyone to be aware of what can happen. I would never stay at this hotel again and I would never recommend it.

Comfortable bed. Nice room, good size tv. I love that you can control the lights, air Conditioning, and room curtains with the push of a button on both sides of our bed. Needs better WiFi. The room needs a clock. The blanket is way too heavy to sleep with, and should have a flat sheet under it. The A/C works great. I slept there for three nights. I will be staying there again for one night on Friday. One block from Victoria Train Station, and four blocks from Victoria Coach bus Station. Highly recommend taking the bus from all airports, great scenic ride and reasonably priced. Park Plaza is a ten minute walk to Buckingham Palace. The Colonnade Walk, with shops, nearby has the best exchange rate, it is located between Victoria Station and Victoria Coach. Great coffee across the street at Le Pain Quotidien, or Pret. There is also a large convenience store one block away with excellent coffee, breakfast food, bakery, and pre-made sandwiches like a 7-11 but nicer. It might be called Tesco. I just arrived back for another night and my new room, a suite, that is absolutely awesome, very spacious with two televisions, a couch and lovely new decor and new furniture gets 4.5 stars. The hotel seems to always have beautiful fresh flowers in their lobby, a very appreciated touch that does not go unnoticed.

I've used this hotel for work due to it's location. Generally I have found the service to be excellent but was very disappointed on my most recent stay to be left waiting 4 hours for a simple light bulb to be replaced. I had to contact the front desk after calling housekeeping twice. Would keep this kind of slow response in mind especially if you intend to use the hotel room as part of a business trip and intend to do any work from the rooms.

Friendly service and comfortable bed. The room size is adequate. Meaning, there's plenty of room for three pieces of large luggage and still enough room for two people to walk around comfortably. The bathrooms are spacious with great water pressure, but they do need to be updated a bit. Some of the fixtures and surfaces are looking rather worn.

Very comfortable hotel conveniently located by Victoria Station. Would be great for business or even a good place to explore the city from. Breakfast was good and room size is great for London. It does look like despite all the construction going on in the general area (which does not effect your stay in the hotel at all) there are lots of homeless people on the streets to be aware of. Again this did not actually affect my stay.

A wonderful Hotel in a very central location close to Victoria Station. Would have been fives stars except that our room was too warm and air didn't work properly. We called, they said they would send someone.....no one came.
We would stay again!

I would not come here again. Terrible. Terrible stay, our beds were super hard and the breakfast was cold. The services answer was to throw upgrades until we shut up and to not actually address our issues.

Very well presented hotel located very close to Victoria station, literally a stone throw from. The staff are very friendly and always helpful with requests you may have. The food is a little pricey but tastes great, with room service available as an option too. The rooms are very comfortable and have free WiFi and a good range of entertainment available on the tv's at your disposal. We also used the gym Spa which was very good for a hotel set up, brilliant new kit with towels and bottles water for all. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area needing good access to Victoria Station.

The worst internet connection I've seen since internet existed. Really. Did the speed test and it was 0.10mps download speed! And this is having paid premium internet speed.

Can't even read email. Rooms are nice and clean, very standard.

Good hotel, it's in keeping with the rest of the Raddison brand. Expensive to stay in, but then that's London for you! Just stayed the night, ate out for dinner, and there is a nice cafe opposite we had breakfast in. Rooms were large, unlike some of the older hotels in london.
