You can spend the night here if you arrive late, nobody bothers you, very good treatment and they speak Spanish, you can stay in the back, where you are receiving, because in shipping there is little space.

Magneti Marelli is place you would not want to work at. You work 7 days a week but 4 of those days is you just standing there wasting your time because the machines are down and the mechanics take forever to fix them. They send you home on days they can t fix the machines and that happens around two times a week sometimes more. The only good thing I can say about this place would be the team leader was good and most co workers are chill and mind their own business.
Poor setup at the docks and inadequate lighting at night.
One of the best location to work in the group. Product depth is exciting and a lot of knowledgeable Co workers with many years in the company.
As Truck Drivers. This place was easy to find. Signs lead us straight to where we needed to go. Great Job....
Horrible company, The management could care less about the employees. Excessive hours / schedule..7 days a week for MONTHS on end, including most holidays. They practice lean manufacturing to the extreme, you will be tasked with doing the work of 2-3 people, but paid less than what 1 person should be paid in this industry. HIGH turnover rates, lots of illegal workers who can't read , do basic math or speak MINIMAL english. Probably the worst company I have ever worked for.
Could care less about people's family and let anything happens will on the job.
I worked here for 6 years, left and came back. This company is gull of people trying to do the right thing in a very stressful market. Every person in this plant brings passion and knowledge to the table. Everyone cares so much, we are like a family. The hard work does and is paying off. Great place to work. No one wants to see someone else fail.
My reasoning for rating this place a 1 star simply because there is certain people who or in higher positions in the office who do not conduct themselves professionally. What do I mean you may be wondering, I recently worked here for 7 months as the data entry/ receptionist. Prior before I started working there it was brought to my attention that they couldn t seem to keep someone in the data entry position for a long period of time. You may be wondering why because, they are and will forever be considered an temporary employee with no benefits as well as no room for growth within the company. I was promised and told verbally that after 90 days of working at this company that I would be hired on as permanent and eligible for tuition assistance if I decided to go back to forth my education. 90 days came and nothing changed it was simply pushed on the rug and ignored as if I wasn t an employee who wanted benefits like everyone else. I m saying this to say despite how things went I still offered to be part time data entry for the company so I wouldn t leave them with the inconvenience or have to worry about training someone new. Before I could even put in my written two week notice to the company. There was a posting of my job put out on a social media site. This was disrespectful to me and honestly no where near professional to me as an employee who was still coming to work everyday as usual doing the job at hand but, wasn t allowed the proper protocol as it relates to me putting in my two week notice. They need a lot of management guidance until they get their management in line they won t be able to keep employees within the company. That goes for office positions as well as employee who work on the plant floor. Leaving from this company was by far the best decision I could have ever made. I will take in all that I observed from working there and take this as a lesson learn.
Love the work environment and the organization of the company. Awesome place to work.
