Fantastic attentive staff, clean rooms. Breakfast was very good
A good hotel from the top price range. Nice rooms, very good food and good drinks. Very nice service. Good localization.
Had a thoroughly enjoyable, leisurely afternoon tea with very helpful staff.
The only thing I would say is that there was slightly too much sweet stuff so a little less cake and and an additional savoury of some kind would have been good. But what there was was excellent and we came home with a doggy bag!
Excellent free water and conference room had an honest-to-god VCR machine
Everything was clean and the room was a good size. Very friendly staff
Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Very very quiet. Convenient location, close to the town centre, the high street and most businesses I.e. Crown Court. Nice bar and restaurant.
Overall Recommended. Only thing that was lacking was breakfast.
Lovely hotel. Only downsides were that they weren't that great at catering for anyone with coeliac disease and to stand in the shower you really needed to be about 5ft as the shower head was very low due to the ceiling height. 6ft and you'd actually hot your head if you stood up in the bath or tried to have a shower. Great for city centre and business trips.
Lovely hotel in the heart of the Spinningfields area. Rooms are great with excellent breakfast buffet. Highly recommended.
Overpriced property. Lot of construction going around makes it ugly and difficult to approach. Construction noise can spoil your stay.
It's patently clear no one gives a monkeys for their clientele experience at this place. Not on the day we visited or a word to say they're remotely sorry. Downgraded to 1 star and that's for venue!: An 'Afternoon Tea' experience purchased as a Christmas gift. Promised to be a fab treat but sadly it couldn't be further from. We were kept waiting over an hour, I suspect to encourage us to purchase from their high priced bar and to limit the endless prosecco which was part of upgraded package. . No one bothered to apologise.. We were further underwhelmed with poor quality sandwiches, a pitiful cake selection which included shop bought mince pies and half of our scones were hard and heavy. Accompanying this was our endless prosecco. Budget bottles not, particularly pleasant either. Avoid. Would not recommend.
Lovely hotel next to the canal . And near all shops .easy for night's out and shopping trips
Comfortable and convenient! Will certainly be staying here again.
