I had an average experience with TRAVELMARK ARGENTINA. The customer service was decent and our tour guide was knowledgeable. However, I expected better accommodations for the price we paid. Overall, it was an okay trip.
The tour we booked was fantastic! The itinerary was well-planned and we got to see some incredible sights. The guides were friendly and helpful throughout. It was definitely worth the money.

After working for months and giving more than what I received, I made a constructive criticism and they did not accept it. They took me down from the position without answering me and as it was with me ... it happened with more than 120 people who worked in the last years in that agency. Already the first week of work ALL my colleagues had told me to go, I should have listened to them at that time and saved me a lot of trouble. It is unhealthy! Simply upon entering the agency, you can see the accumulated clutter and rubbish of years ... just as its managers are. As it is outside, it is inside.
