I have been using this company for the last six (6) years as a Strata Property Manager and it has been been a pleasure working this company. They are professional, reliabile, and will address reasonable complaints and concerns reported to them. I highly recommend this company to strata residential buildings and other Property Managers. Keep up the good work!

I would NOT recommend this company. Very poorly managed and they didn't even complete their work! Terrible customer service. Very rude and unprofessional workers. Rob the manager just makes excuses without offering remedies or even trying to correct the problem, and then makes up lies to try to cover his butt. Generally a horrible experience from start to finish. Not worth the money or the headaches.

Called Black Tie August 25, before reading the reviews. Once I'd read them, I called Fairview window cleaning. Travis came to give an estimate on August 26, and the windows were done the next day - and well. It wasn't until September 1 that Black Tie returned my call from 8 days earlier.

As a Strata Manager it can be very difficult to find a trade that can accommodate properties of all shapes and sizes, i have used Black Tie for a number of years and have received nothing but positive feedback from the owners of the properties I manage. Rob and his team are diligent, detail oriented and are very quick to return to site and conduct any deficiencies denoted. It is a bonus that they offer additional services such as power washing and dryer vent cleaning as it normally means more savings for my clients. I would recommend Black Tie to anyone with a complex portfolio that includes large and small properties as these guys are able to tackle it all.

They cleaned my windows at D'Corize and Ithe windows look like the same as they were never cleaned.... dirty spots everywhere. Not sure if the value is there to hire these guys. Tried calling the company but they don't return calls I guess.

Oh, I heard one Australian guy (who works for the company) make a comment about how a resident asked if power washers could remove scratches and he was laughing at them..yeah great class there. Yeah, you know who you are!

The owners of Black Tie are super personable and professional all around. I've even met another team member who was equally kind and caring! I would definitely recommend these guys for window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and everything in between! Give them a chance, and you won't be regretting it : )

Terrible service. windows looked better before the 'cleaning'. Numerous complains were completely ignored. Avoid at all costs.

White Knight Janitorial has been supplying Final Construction Clean Services to the lower mainland since 1992. Since 2011 we have used Black Tie Services to provide exterior cleaning from low rise buildings to 45+ storey towers.
They have always provided professional, responsive service under varying and often time sensitive circumstances and their management team, including the CEO, Sebastien, and the Constructions Services Managing Partner, David, have always been readily available to assist as needed. That's why we have used them for virtually all our exterior work and why we recommend them without reservation.

They were supposed to come clean the balcony and windows of my condo on July 8th they asked that all propertybe moved off decks and screens not used. Ive had plants dieing and outdoor furnoture filling my kitchen this whole time becauuuuse apparently mine unit was one that they had missed and were returning to complete the work. they still have not come back almost 2 months later nor returned calls.

Very professional. The went above and beyond to make me happy. Would definitely recommend and use this company again.

These young guys were very professional and extremely polite! The cleaning of the patio tiles, building exterior walls and fencing was great!
(The company we used to use would leave dirt splattered all over the walls and bushes and I would spend half a day cleaning up after them.)
But THESE GUYS did such a good job I can just step out my door and use the newly cleaned patio as is

These people left our front door splattered with mud and mud actually got into out apartment front door, and now our door is jamming due to the mud under it.
The mat was saturated and there were mud splatters all up the sides of the walls and door of our entrance.
That was day 1.
Day 2, they knocked my plants over with their ropes, and left a trail of mud all over my bbq, back patio and windows!
Have reported all this to my strata, but doubt they ll do anything. Unfortunately, I wasn t the decision maker in hiring them, because I definitely wouldn t and certainly wouldn t re-hire them.

Arvin and Sophie did a fantastic job! Our company hired them for the first time for a full cleaning of the exterior windows and canopy as well as pressure washing of the perimeter. Their quality of work exceeded our expectations, everything was spotless and they worked very professionally and diligently. Well deserving of a 5 star rating! I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking window cleaning and pressure washing services.

Black Tie washed our interior windows and did a great job--very efficient, reasonably priced, and on time. This followed their washing of our Strata's outside windows where they did the same--efficient and a quality job. We look forward to using them again next time.

We are a 3 tower high-rise complex.
Over the past decade we tried 4 different contractors for our facade and window cleaning.
After dealing with Black Tie for past 3 years, I must say they are the best option by far. Easiest to deal with, and with capable onsite supervisors. The company and the team is quick to react and compensate for any deficiencies and problems that may arise during work.
Fair price + Good quality.

If you want to see this companies handy work. Just go to 12079/12069 Harris Road Pitt Meadows and look at all the damage to the balconies flashing thanks to the guys who power washed the side and kicked in all the flashing. This is not the first time they have damaged our property. Avoid at all costs.

Called them and wanted to report their driver with #7 truck (LN - LY0751) was drink & drive. Would like their office call the drivers and stop him fm driving. No one in their office care at all. I took pics n video. It happened on March 6th 4:41pm right in front of Lulu island liquor store in Richmond B.C. Drink and drive..really no no
