These folks are amazing! I ve been to several stores in the past, this team works great together. No rolling of the eyes due to lack of knowledge and I believe they go above and beyond. Kudos to you all!

Every time come in here I get exceptional service from Josh. There is no limit to the patience of this team. I will always be a Verizon customer and extremely highly recommend this location. Will come back.

Revised: Horrible customer service they say they will help you and get back with you but they lie saying my bill was going to be one amount and it ended up being double just frustrated all over the place. I regret getting a new phone now I'm stuck with the horrible service if I need local help. Very deceitful and rude. I will try my luck in the blue springs branch

I have been going to this store for a long time without any issues but today the gentleman that helped me was very rude. I ended up calling the support line for clarification on my bill and they transferred me to the store when the gentleman answered I thought I was calling a residential phone the way he answered the phone very rude customer service. I am very hesitant to go back to do business with them. I ended calling back customer support and they were able to help me.

Try to avoid this place, they are stupid and they dont know to do their job and you are going to waste your time, even after the call from their Verizon customer service they didnt know what to do, lazy people, letting customers waiting while they not doing anything except walking forward and backward...If i can give 0 that would be it!

Lost my phone so went in to get a new one without any issues. Michael explained to me what would be better for me, a prepay plan or adding another phone to my account, while still paying on the phone that was lost. I then had a problem with getting into my Google account later that night. Went in the next day to get help, thinking they were just going to tell me too bad, but to my surprise, Ms.Ronnie sat with me for over 30 minutes trying to help me, we were not successful, but she gave me a couple options and I will be doing one option on Monday. Love the customer service at this store, we never have any issues when we visit this store. What a great team.

These guys are great!!!! Steven and Taggart were extremely helpful. They answered all our questions... which were many!! From ensuring that we got the best devices at the best cost with all the protection needed! Very personable and friendly. They cracked some jokes with us and we enjoyed this experience!!

Called before I drove 20 miles to make sure they had a GizmoGadget. I was told they had one in stock and it would be waiting for me. When I got there I found they never had one in stock and I had wasted my time driving and waiting in line. This is typical service I've learned expect from a Verizon store.

Being a "mature" age, I needed extra help how to use navi and maps. I visited the Sterling store where LaShae gave me unlimited time and attention. She was always patient and answered all my questions, dumb or not. I had visited a different store previously and was given the brush off by a young guy but LaShae couldn't have been more helpful. Thanks to her I had a wonderful vacation using my newfound skills with navi and maps. Thanks again, Lashae!

My experience here has been pleasant. Sean, the sales associate who helped me was very kind and professional. He got me a great deal and explained things to me without making me feel dumb. I'm definitely going to come back to this store the next time I need a phone!

I am a long time Verizon customer and have always loved this store. I talked my girlfriend into going to this store because in the past my experience has been top-notch. This time was different. The salesman told us he hit the wrong button (Cash during a debit transaction) and proceed to make us go to the ATM to get cash for that amount, instead of voiding the transaction or calling corporate to do it after we left and running my card correctly. Totally unacceptable, not to mention an extra $3 ATM charge.
I made it known I was interested in upgrading my phone as well as my girlfriends phone, when I told him I wanted the Pixel I was bombarded with every negative review I've read on the internet...in person, when I made it clear I still wanted the phone (and appreciated his opinion the first time) I was told I should wait or going with some that has more 'features' even though I clearly said I like the phone with less features (this is just a matter of what certain people like in a phone) and no bloated pre-installed apps. So I took my business elsewhere.
Besides that fact that this guy didn't know how to use a tablet, he pushed his personal opinions on me enough I didn't want to buy anything from him. Terrible salesmanship. Being a software developer I took offense to the way he talked down to my knowledge of technology and that fact he kept asking me to justify my choice of phone was uncomfortable, and unnecessary. Just get me the phone I want dude, leave your personal stuff out of it.
I will never go to this Verizon store again.
P.S. The Blue Springs Store got me the phone and upgraded in less than an hour and never gave me lip for wanting the Pixel.

I went to pay my bill and total was $241.29 and I gave the guy $243.00. He asked did I want change back, I said no put all of it on my bill. He said ok. Then asked if I wanted a receipt and I said yes. He go back and act like he is getting me a receipt but comes back say it didn t print and ask if he can email it. I never got my receipt and when I checked my payment history it shows he didn t put the &243.00 I gave him on there so you just keep my extra. This is what they doing at this location. Wow!!!!!! Not happy at all

Super nice kid working there, Sean. He is very competent & fast where possible! He is extremely knowledgeable and competent, devoted and effective in solving customer service issues.

Steve sold me my phone and was entertaining as well as friendly in selling the phones. In fact, he came in off his shift just to help because Sean was engaged in an intense, complicated, and tiring issue helping two other customers.

Really nice environment in the store.

I have always had good customer service from Verizon, I have had a few problems with phones etc and they always strive to take excellent care of my needs. I find it hard to believe anyone who has a reasonable complaint is not taken care of!

Ashraf was patient when I was being somewhat of a difficult customer. He was excellent and I wish I could do more than just write a google review regarding his service. Just left your Sterling store. I was greeted by Keith, as soon as I walked in. He was helping another customer and told me he would be right with me. I was confused on my usage plan. He helped me, and explained why and how I was running out of data. He also found I qualified for the over 55 and even saved me money. Great customer service!!! Thank you so much Keith!
