The last thing anyone wants to do is spend an hour in the cell phone store, but I was fortunate to be helped by a young man named Joshua who was not only was cheerful but extremely competent. He really wanted to help and took pride in his work which means he will probably move on to a better job soon!

Went in to get new phones and add a line. When we left was told the transfer line had been added and we were good too go. Took over 1 week to get the new line actually working. Went back there multiple times and spent hours on the phone with Verizon and got no resolve. Turned out that the transfer didn't get completed in the store that day. Even though they called and verified everything was done before we left. Would have very been nice if they would have figured this out in a reasonable amount of time. And of course no one cares, they already had our money and no one will even consider anything for our trick trouble.

When I typically go into this store, I usually get good customer service. Today they apparently had another manager from a different store from Iowa, his name was Dalton and refused to help me with my phone.
When people call me they can't hear me I have to put them on speaker phone and he refused to assist.
Sean was very helpful and answered all questions. We not only switched to Verizon but also purchased a new phone and accessories. Sean exceeded our expectations! Thanks Sean!
