Lost my phone so went in to get a new one without any issues. Michael explained to me what would be better for me, a prepay plan or adding another phone to my account, while still paying on the phone that was lost. I then had a problem with getting into my Google account later that night. Went in the next day to get help, thinking they were just going to tell me too bad, but to my surprise, Ms.Ronnie sat with me for over 30 minutes trying to help me, we were not successful, but she gave me a couple options and I will be doing one option on Monday. Love the customer service at this store, we never have any issues when we visit this store. What a great team.
