Jacob that i dealt with was nice - but when i switched to Verizon i did it solely cause i wanted the $150 off of Apple watch. He sold me a new phone and accessories that i was told was part of the deal (add-ons) and then didn't order the watch. This was over 2months ago and now when i call i get no help. Told me they are on back order when i have already called other stores and that is not true. Heard TCC was bad and i def am experiencing that. Hope they can salvage my business cause if Verizon doesn't honor when i switched ill go back to the other provder in a hearbeat.
