Revised: Horrible customer service they say they will help you and get back with you but they lie saying my bill was going to be one amount and it ended up being double just frustrated all over the place. I regret getting a new phone now I'm stuck with the horrible service if I need local help. Very deceitful and rude. I will try my luck in the blue springs branch
I have been going to this store for a long time without any issues but today the gentleman that helped me was very rude. I ended up calling the support line for clarification on my bill and they transferred me to the store when the gentleman answered I thought I was calling a residential phone the way he answered the phone very rude customer service. I am very hesitant to go back to do business with them. I ended calling back customer support and they were able to help me.
