Was a horrible experience went to see what was wrong with my phone or upgrade walked in nobody in the store but two workers wasn't greeted told them what my phone was doing they didn't acknowledge my problem just wanted my phone number and name to see if I was able to upgrade they were so lazy I will never go back I have been with Verizon over 20 yrs
