Extremely helpful staff. We were greeted immediately as we entered, and staff quickly addressed our FIOS issues. We were in and out with a new modem in under 10 minutes.
Kelly was fantastic! No one likes switching cell providers...Kelly made it so easy! She was able to give me a monthly estimate super fast. Definitely making the 45-minute drive to see her when I switch my family over to my new Verizon plan.
12/3/19 I went in to add a new phone line and was greeted with joy by Daniela! The last time I came she helped me as well. I just want to tell you that Daniela is the best! Daniela hooked me up with a great deal for three lines and I also got a new Iwatch!! I am so happy with the Customer Service Daniela gives !!! She is one of the best!!!!! Also, other workers there and I believe the manager were very helpful and friendly! I love coming to this Verizon store!!!

Amos was very professional. I was amazed how much knowledge he had on all the Verizon products and knowing exactly what my needs were and staying with my price, on another subject it was nice seeing him enjoy doing his job and making the customer feel comfortable that he is getting the right products that fit their needs.

It's a very bad idea to enter your social security number in your phone. This shouldn't be required to get the service.

It was horrible. I was told that I could exchange a faulty set top box at the store and I didn't need a work order. When I got in the store then I was told I needed a work order. They gave me a phone # to call and get a work order. I called outside the store only to get the same phone tree that put me on hold for 2 hours. Your service sucks.
Very bad store and service is very very bad. They will give you hard time to is something is wrong with the equipment. Jessica and the manager is very bad had an attitude. Please be careful going to that store.

I went into the store today around 11:30 in order to get a charger for my Verizon jetpack. There was 2 gentlemen working. One appear to be a trainer and the other a trainee. The trainee asked the trainer if he was allowed to sell Accessories. I found this odd question but being in a hurry and needing this charger for my job I decided to go with it. The train I did not have codes to get into the computer and high to use the codes of the trainer. After typing and fooling around on the computer for a few minutes the training says to me I can't sell this to you. Mine ischl reaction was why not? The trainer said I don't know where the employees are and I'm just here. The best thing you can do in the most cost effective thing you can do is just get this charger from Walmart. With that I left the store. As I was getting into my car another older couple pulled up and the train I came out and started to tell them that they were not able to sell them any products. This was the worst experience I have ever had in any retail store of any kind in my entire life. There open for business from 11 to 7 today but neither employee is allowed to sell any products. The only reason they got one stories because then please we're polite

NOW MY VERIZ9N PHONE IS THE BOMB I'VE BEEN WITH VERIZON PHONE SINCE I WAS IN MIDDLE SCHOOL ILL NEVER CHANGE LITERALLY BEST PHONE SERVICE 8VE EVER HAD AND I'VE TRIED ALL THE NAMED ONES SPRINT AMD TMOBILE AND THEY BOTH SUCK

I need to replace my sim card, the sales person wouldn't listen to me, didn't make eye contact. He made lots of assumptions and had conversations with other sale persons about my account first rather than taking to me directly. It was very annoying. I highly recommend the Verizon at Churchman's instead.
Brittany and Marvin are awesome! Had a very complicated issue and they handle it! Also they let me borrow a phone charger when my phone was about to die. Brittany stayed a few minutes late going the extra mile for me. Best experience I've EVER had at Verizon!!! Highly recommen going to this store even if it's a further drive. I hope someone from Verizon sees this.

These people are all about sales commission. I asked could I just be billed for headphones I came in for, their response was, "we don't do that here!". Every Verizon premium authorized dealer gives you this option. Tried to return my recalled note 7, was told in I'm so many words that the new ones they have, they want to sell. Not lose to exchanging recalled phones. ???
Understand this: this is NOT a true Verizon store. There are no actual Verizon FiOS stores in Delaware. Like this one, every "Verizon" store in Delaware is a 3rd party authorized retailer. If you looked this store up online, that's clear, but nothing on or inside the building states this is a 3rd party retailer. I can't imagine the amount of unsuspecting people that go in here thinking they're dealing directly with Verizon. You are not.
I've now dealt with this store a handful of times over 2016-2018 and its always been a hassle. If you're just buying something, its probably fine. If you have any sort of technical issue I recommend you call Verizon support directly (yes, even though phone trees are a hassle). The first few times I went into the store it was a staff of about 4 guys all watching basketball on one of the TVs and yelling across the store to each other, not a welcoming atmosphere. I wanted to order an iPhone SE, which they did not have in stock. I met with an employee who told me he would place the order. Go back a week later, haven't recieved the phone in store, new employee knows nothing about the phone being ordered. They order the phone AGAIN. Go another week, no calls from the store at all. Finally, after actually calling Verizon support, they ordered and shipped the phone to me with tracking info. No idea why this store couldn't accomplish this.
More recently I went into the store attempting to return a FiOS Quantum Router and the employee would not accept the return, stating that "unless we have the model and serial number of your new router (the one I purchased), we cannot accept this return without shutting off your internet." They do NOT need this information, the employees here are either following some stupid policy from the "3rd Party Retailer," or are just lazy and don't want to process a return.
tl;dr - don't go here for any kind of customer support (technical, billing, or otherwise) or equipment return. Call Verizon Support directly.
The customer service with Ed was amazing helped me with every question that I had and he was patient while my stuff wouldn't transfer. He finally got it done an he was excellent

Beware, call customer service before returning router to use your own. They need to document that you're using your own equipment and apparently the reps at this location can't do that for you. Another useless hoop Verizon makes us jump through to avoid paying ridiculous equipment rental fees. They get an extra star because I didn't have to wait that long at all.

Super slow. The sign in process is on paper, so they kept missing people. It's the only place to drop off/pick up FiOS equipment. If that's not what you need, go someplace else.
Quick interaction with this place. I was dropping off some old equipment. They had me in and out in five minutes.

Horrible experience at this store. Walked in and the manager was extremely rude to me by questioning the legitimacy of my business when I have my EIN Federal Document, State Documents, Car Title in the name of my business and showed her proof on the state website that my business is registered and is legitimate. She still didn t want to work with me. She said you need a taxi medallion if you have a taxi company and a sales and use tax business license. NO I don t because I don t sell products or anything taxable...we are a service business and even the state told us this when we opened our company. And in the county we operate in, Cecil County...there is no regulation of a medallion being required. I told her this and as I was walking out the door she said you better look into all those things I told you because you re not operating your business legally when in fact I am. I had all the documents necessary. So I left and called my business rep for my other business account and without a problem she said I ll take care of you just come in tomorrow. Stay far away from this place. They re rude and don t know what they re taking about.
