Not a corporation store sales staff good but because it only a authorized retailer,only phones can be added to your Verizon bill,accessories etc cannot be added to Verizon bill where most cooperate stores you can.

about 2 weeks ago, I applied verizon fios triple pakage service for internet, home phone, and TV. It cost more than $160 per a months for the first 2 months. When I tried to connect wifi on my tablet, it continued to be failed for sevral days. And I had a chat with technical support via phone. he told me that the router did not support wifi for my tablet. But when I requested to replace another router that can sopport my tablet. They repeated that they could not because it was the newist and most advanced router. Now I have to use my mobile hotspot service for my tablet to be connected wifi internet. I wasted more than about 5 hours with struggling with representatives of customer service center.
That was my worst service level that I have ever experienced. I'm so surprised how the Verizon can be still stand on with this kind of poor service level.

Extremely bad experience. This is not a true Verizon store. This is a 3rd party indepent authorized dealer. I recently visited and switched my network to Verizon and bought 4 new devices. They charged 200 dollars for setup/water damage insurance. Sales rep Daniella did not explain the charges in details. Initially I thought that may be they charged activation fee. But later I realized that this a different fee. I revisited the store and asked for details. The manager explained that these are mandatory charges and I have to get the water damage insurance. He mentioned that this is not optional. Later I contacted costumer service and I was told that insurance is not mandatory. It is optional. I can t believe that the sales rep and the manger lied to me. Very unprofessional behavior.

A bit commission happy here. I know that's how they make their money, I'm in wireless sales too, but there was a few moments I felt like I was being worried into buying things I didn't need, and after I expressed that I didn't need them.

I really wish the Fios service area was separate from the wireless section. If you're a loyal customer who pays your bills on time and you're returing or switching out Fios equipment instead of buying a new cell phone, you're treated like a second class citizen.

Randal was personable, professional, and knowledgeable in every way. I started a new line and bought a phone he suggested and i couldn't be any more happy! He made my experience pleasant as well as rewarding and insightful. Keep up the good work Randal and thanks again to the Team for all your help!

Inappropriate conversation while customers are in the store. The two guys that I asked for help weren't very knowledgeable and gave me "oh I think blah blah blah" answers instead of just asking a coworker.

Kelly was fantastic! No one likes switching cell providers...Kelly made it so easy! She was able to give me a monthly estimate super fast. Definitely making the 45-minute drive to see her when I switch my family over to my new Verizon plan.

12/3/19 I went in to add a new phone line and was greeted with joy by Daniela! The last time I came she helped me as well. I just want to tell you that Daniela is the best! Daniela hooked me up with a great deal for three lines and I also got a new Iwatch!! I am so happy with the Customer Service Daniela gives !!! She is one of the best!!!!! Also, other workers there and I believe the manager were very helpful and friendly! I love coming to this Verizon store!!!

Rodney was AMAZING ! He talked me thru everything. I had a cracked iphone6 and he walked me thru separating with my old phone and getting an 11 ! He was super accommodating and took his time understanding my needs and what my priorities were. Glad to have met him. I will gladly go to him with all my questions moving forward !

I was amazed how much knowledge he had on all the Verizon products and knowing exactly what my needs were and staying with my price, on another subject it was nice seeing him enjoy doing his job and making the customer feel comfortable that he is getting the right products that fit their needs.

Costly. As a 4 year FiOS customer I felt I was not given considerate treatment when it came time to re-up my contract. After several calls and at least 4 hours invested they hardly came down on their price. Comcast beat their price by over $100. And yes the services were comparable based on their latest offer. They 'counted' on me not having the motivation to change service providers. That amount motivated me. I ported my phone number to MagicJack, and I went with Comcast Internet Pro offer of $50 a month for internet and TV, incl HBO. I added one TV HD box, and I use the Comcast xFinity app on Roku's for the other 2 TVs. Price incl taxes, $68/month. Comcast - I'm back!

I came here to return two cable boxes from when I had moved. I didn't have to sign in however I didn't feel welcomed. Since I wasn't buying anything nor looking to start service, I felt out of place and unwanted. I typically don't care but I wouldn't go back their for my Verizon wireless needs or FIOS. I didn't have to wait long either, I was in and out from there thank God!

I visited this store in December to get a phone case and the atmosphere was great. Assistant mgr Paul took great care of me. It had a family feel. I went in the other day and everybody was gone, the vibe is definitely different so I think I'm going to start going to the Verizon on Kirkwood Highway

It was horrible. I was told that I could exchange a faulty set top box at the store and I didn't need a work order. When I got in the store then I was told I needed a work order. They gave me a phone # to call and get a work order. I called outside the store only to get the same phone tree that put me on hold for 2 hours. Your service sucks.

I went into the store today around 11:30 in order ...

I went into the store today around 11:30 in order to get a charger for my Verizon jetpack. There was 2 gentlemen working. One appear to be a trainer and the other a trainee. The trainee asked the trainer if he was allowed to sell Accessories. I found this odd question but being in a hurry and needing this charger for my job I decided to go with it. The train I did not have codes to get into the computer and high to use the codes of the trainer. After typing and fooling around on the computer for a few minutes the training says to me I can't sell this to you. Mine ischl reaction was why not? The trainer said I don't know where the employees are and I'm just here. The best thing you can do in the most cost effective thing you can do is just get this charger from Walmart. With that I left the store. As I was getting into my car another older couple pulled up and the train I came out and started to tell them that they were not able to sell them any products. This was the worst experience I have ever had in any retail store of any kind in my entire life. There open for business from 11 to 7 today but neither employee is allowed to sell any products. The only reason they got one stories because then please we're polite

HATE DEALING WITH ANYONE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE THEY TREAT YOU LIKE YOUR SO STUPID ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS RETURN A MODEM THAT VERIZON SENT ME TWO OF AND STARTING BILLING ME FOR TWO DIFFERENT INTERNETS AT ONE LOCATION THAT DOESN'T EVEN MAKE SENSE BUT NOW I HAVE MY CREDIT GOING DOWN BECAUSE VERIZON IS SAYING I HAVEN'T PAID IN 3 MONTHS ON THIS OTHER ACCT I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW I HAD LMAO SO THANK GO WE FINALLY GOT THAT SQUARED AWAY AND RETURNED BUT STILL HAVE TO WAIT TILL THE END OF THE MONTH TO GET ALL THE CHARGES REIMBURSED SO IT DOESN'T EFFECT MY CREDIT REPORT... NOW MY VERIZ9N PHONE IS THE BOMB I'VE BEEN WITH VERIZON PHONE SINCE I WAS IN MIDDLE SCHOOL ILL NEVER CHANGE LITERALLY BEST PHONE SERVICE 8VE EVER HAD AND I'VE TRIED ALL THE NAMED ONES SPRINT AMD TMOBILE AND THEY BOTH SUCK

I need to replace my sim card, the sales person wouldn't listen to me, didn't make eye contact. He made lots of assumptions and had conversations with other sale persons about my account first rather than taking to me directly. It was very annoying. I highly recommend the Verizon at Churchman's instead.

Brittany and Marvin are awesome! Had a very complicated issue and they handle it! Also they let me borrow a phone charger when my phone was about to die. Brittany stayed a few minutes late going the extra mile for me. Best experience I've EVER had at Verizon!!! Highly recommen going to this store even if it's a further drive. I hope someone from Verizon sees this.

These people are all about sales commission. I asked could I just be billed for headphones I came in for, their response was, "we don't do that here!". Every Verizon premium authorized dealer gives you this option. Tried to return my recalled note 7, was told in I'm so many words that the new ones they have, they want to sell. Not lose to exchanging recalled phones. ???

Understand this: this is NOT a true Verizon store....

Understand this: this is NOT a true Verizon store. There are no actual Verizon FiOS stores in Delaware. Like this one, every "Verizon" store in Delaware is a 3rd party authorized retailer. If you looked this store up online, that's clear, but nothing on or inside the building states this is a 3rd party retailer. I can't imagine the amount of unsuspecting people that go in here thinking they're dealing directly with Verizon. You are not.

I've now dealt with this store a handful of times over 2016-2018 and its always been a hassle. If you're just buying something, its probably fine. If you have any sort of technical issue I recommend you call Verizon support directly (yes, even though phone trees are a hassle). The first few times I went into the store it was a staff of about 4 guys all watching basketball on one of the TVs and yelling across the store to each other, not a welcoming atmosphere. I wanted to order an iPhone SE, which they did not have in stock. I met with an employee who told me he would place the order. Go back a week later, haven't recieved the phone in store, new employee knows nothing about the phone being ordered. They order the phone AGAIN. Go another week, no calls from the store at all. Finally, after actually calling Verizon support, they ordered and shipped the phone to me with tracking info. No idea why this store couldn't accomplish this.

More recently I went into the store attempting to return a FiOS Quantum Router and the employee would not accept the return, stating that "unless we have the model and serial number of your new router (the one I purchased), we cannot accept this return without shutting off your internet." They do NOT need this information, the employees here are either following some stupid policy from the "3rd Party Retailer," or are just lazy and don't want to process a return.

tl;dr - don't go here for any kind of customer support (technical, billing, or otherwise) or equipment return. Call Verizon Support directly.
