Detail-oriented. Patient, kind, professional. She took me to the products and let me choose. Later, when she was ringing me out, I changed my mind. She was not annoyed at me, which she had every right to be.
I appreciate that she went back and got the second product.
For my purchase of $29.99, she treated me as if I was purchasing a $700.00 phone.

I have been to many Verizon and I must say I had the best, absolutely best service today from the Verizon in new castle by the farmers market. The time I walked in to the time I left was with very knowledgeable people who knows their stuff. My daughter and I went to upgrade our phones and Rodney helped me make the best choice for my phone. Rodney, Travis and Amos were the best, they all are great and gave us the best service. Rodney was so patient with me and walked me through how to operate my new phone until I was comfortable. Rodney Travis and Amos deserve a gold star. Thank you guys and I will be using this store. Its people like Rodney, Travis and Amos who are the example of great and valuable customer service, they make you want to come back.

Salesman helped me pick out a pair of Bluetooth earbuds, of which he assured me would work well in in my noisy work environment. I wasn t totally sure they would suffice, but he assured me that they would be returnable if not. Turns out this is not their policy, and now I m stuck with a $60 pair of earbuds.

2/2 times I have been there I ve had a problem that needed an hour on the phone with the real Verizon customer service that isn t an affiliated retail store. This time around I ordered a phone for pick up. I stopped at the store 5 hours after order. They canceled it per day according to the rep. Die to them not having the phone. 2 days later it s still on my account for not being canceled. Called Verizon and they told me it s still an order and has not been canceled according to this store. So an hour later I finally got it taken care of. Stay away from this store. I rather drive an hour away than give this store any of my business and you would be wise to do the same.

You go in, they're on their phones texting, one greeted me, "Welcome to Verizon" while texting on his phone and didn't even look at me. Tried paying my bill and they were all "busy" on their phones.

Had some issues with an online order that I had placed. Even though it took multiple days to get the issue resolved, all of the staff that assisted me were very helpful in getting everything taken care of and working correctly. I would highly reccomend this store to anyone.

Not even deserving of 1 star! Lied to time wasted even after being assured by Tirad the manager that that would not be the case! Try to call him back and never get response! Been calling for 3weeks now!!! As bad as Comcast is they are head and shoulders above this place of liars!!!

He waited on me immediately. My phone wouldn't work, I don't know what happened, it just died, wouldn't turn on. I purchased a new phone. He helped me with my selection and transfer my data and explained the new phone and I was on my way.

We were instantly greeted by David the customer consultant. He walked us through how to trade our old dvr for a new one, was very personable with a great sense of humor. From start to finish the experience lasted 20 mins. I definitely recommend going to this location for all of your Verizon needs. If you're as lucky as my husband and I were to meet David tell him the innocent family said hello lol.

They lose much. I can not wait too cut ALL my services. I can talk to them about my Fios but you can't change anything. They can sign you up but not cancel. I don't have my acct# and the phone number associated with my Fios is not active. I have no way of proving that this is my account? The IVR customer service they always sends you too does not give you and option to choose the email or phone# to send your pin# too. The system will send it to both at the same time. I signed up for a 2yrs Fios acct and I know for sure I did. Now they tell me at the store it was 1yr, mmmm no ma'am. I need to talk to someone now $50 to almost $70 a month for Fios wifi where they do that at. I'm not running a business at this address. If they won't allow me to talk to a customer svc rep because of such and such, then we have no business. I talked to you guys to sign up for I can't talk to you if I have a problem???? Not cool you WILL NOT and I repeat WILL NOT rob me. I already put a stop to that. So are you guys gonna wait till the next bill so I owe double? That's not getting paid either if I can't talk to you about how I want to spend my money your services then you and your company are good for toilet paper. So when they bill bounce back in your system as in paid, then I guess you want to talk to me then?

I went there with an issue with my phone yesterday. They were extremely helpful. The girl working there knew exactly what my problem was and fixed it in a couple minutes. I wish I knew her name to thank her again.

They were helpful and got my 83 year old father a new flip phone and managed to transfer his contacts from his 13 year old phone. The only problem was the person who waited on us spoke too softly. My father kept telling he that he could not here her but she still did not speak loud enough.

Very unprofessional staff at this store. Right in front of me two employees Rodney and Randell) were talking bad about customer DIRECTLY In front of me!! Not to mention Randell who was helping while in mid conversation kept looking to the Football game! I m so glad I m done with Verizon FIOS especially after this experience.

Easy in easy out. You can do everything from pay your bills to buy just about every accessory you can think of. Associates are friendly, knowledgeable and ready to serve. I highly recommend the Verizon store. Be prepared to spend some time there. They are very busy.
