Extremely bad experience. This is not a true Verizon store. This is a 3rd party indepent authorized dealer. I recently visited and switched my network to Verizon and bought 4 new devices. They charged 200 dollars for setup/water damage insurance. Sales rep Daniella did not explain the charges in details. Initially I thought that may be they charged activation fee. But later I realized that this a different fee. I revisited the store and asked for details. The manager explained that these are mandatory charges and I have to get the water damage insurance. He mentioned that this is not optional. Later I contacted costumer service and I was told that insurance is not mandatory. It is optional. I can t believe that the sales rep and the manger lied to me. Very unprofessional behavior.
