This has been an exponentially exciting year as the watersend continues to grow and evolve. It is incredible to watch this local brewery innovate and validate the new way Woodbridge VA views the beer scene.
You won t find a nicer bunch of guys running this place. Now saying that I won t say everything Zach has brewed has been a home run they have been some hiccups along the way. English Brown Ale and the Calypso come to mind. But if you like an IPA this is the place to come to in Woodbridge VA some of my favorite are.
El Dorado
Don t haze me bro (the first one)
Juice bucket
Mount hopmore
Hop drop (the newest version)
Come on down give this place a try you won t be disappointed. F

I went with my family on opening day. Wow!! You could feel the excitement among all the guests. They had corn hole and people could order pizza from local places or go pick something up and bring it right to the brewery. So fun!
Most importantly---Beer is great! My husband couldn't stop talking about how great all the beers were. They had 6 to choose from. We are looking forward to going back again next weekend.

Great beer and friendly environment. One of my favorite breweries. Owners are typically behind the bar. Very friendly and very genuine. Beers have evolved and become more complex since they opened.

Clean place, but the beer is low quality. It appears they are going cheap by using too much sugar and not enough malt, which gives a thin, but high alcohol beer. The beers' taste do not match the styles listed and are similar at a base level. Are they using the same yeast/hops for all the beers? Everyone in our party agreed the beers had a smokey side taste (cigarette not wood). Were the glasses washed with the ashtrays? Disappointed in the beers, liked the friendly atmosphere.

The most welcoming individual was the little girl who opened the door for us. I love trying various beers and was excited to treat my best friend to a birthday drink! Luckily, there were a few open places at the bar and a table nearby which was available yet beyond some looks from the bartenders there was ZERO acknowledgement of our presence. I understand it is beneficial to build up relations with the known locals; however, it was highly disappointing to have such a negative experience being new to the area. Gladly it only led us down the road to have numerous wait staff to share many birthday wishes--sometimes it takes the bad to remind us of the good!

Great beer, friendly staff, fun atmosphere. Great place to meet your friends or cheer a Caps game!! Bring your own food or order from a local restaurant and have it delivered to your table! Doesn't get much better than that! A welcome addition to Lake Ridge.

A gem in this area. With so many brewery options in the area what really sets this place apart (besides the beer of course) is the energy. Always good vibes here. Don't forget to try the Dillingham Abbey, you will not be disappointed !!

Went here a few weeks ago and truly enjoyed myself. The beer was good and I had a good conversation with the owner about beer! The place was clean and inviting and the staff was all very nice and great with service. Plenty of different stuff on tap to suit anybodies taste.

Great beers and a great staff. Everyone behind the bar is passionate about the craft and are extremely knowledgeable. Outdoor patio open on the weekends and beer releases every other week.

Good selection of beers, my husband loves the Ipas. Really friendly people and a great addition to Lakeridge. Love the rt 11 chips for a snack, and you can order food from other places or bring it in with you. It seems kid friendly as well.

I love this place!!!

I love this place!!!

The beer is quality and the environment is really chill.

I suggest going when they have the Randall out to give a beer a little pop.

I totally disagree with the guy that said the prices were high. Waters End prices are the lowest of the breweries in the area.

I ve been going there since they opened. Their beers keep getting better and better. It s always a great time going there and they have an amazing staff!!! If you join their beer club, it has great benefits!

Not always expecting quality service at a brewery but the team that was behind the counter is welcoming and friendly. Beer is pretty good and some of the experimental stuff is definitely worth checking out.

Excellent beer selection, love that we have a local brewery in Lake Ridge. Also loved the Caps watch parties they had throughout the playoffs. Even on days they are normally closed they opened so the community had somewhere to Rock the Red!

It was a good location, and very friendly staff. beers run a little on the hoppy side, however its still amazing. The only thing that would be better is if they added a TV, or two. If they did I most likely could sit there for a while.

Enjoyed the beer, the ambiance, and the service. I like getting the flight so I can taste and try out different beers. It s a great date night spot but also casual enough to make a frequent spot.

Great place! Super friendly owners

Great place! Super friendly owners
Kid-friendly (kids corner area, room to run outside). We ordered pizza to be delivered and enjoyed a nice afternoon with friends. Redskins and Nats games playing on the TVs. I'm not a big beer drinker but enjoyed the Zest Fest!

Went there for the first time. Tried all the beers on tap. The best was the imperial porter. I agree with the other reviewer that the "damn beer" tasted too much like tobacco. All the other beers were too weak for my liking but i suppose many people are not into the heavy beers like I am and will like them. They turn over beers frequently which is good since I like to experiment with beers. They haven't been open long so I give them a pass since I'm sure they will improve over time. The owners seem passionate about the business and making good beer so that is a start. I will go back in a few months to see if the beers have improved. It is not easy making extremely good beer. It is easy making OK beer. I would rater support my local brewery than buy big box beer anyway regardless. I'm sure many people will like the beers they offer. It is a nice facility with plenty of seating and a nice view of the outside. I would recommend a visit to see if it suits your liking. Everybody's tastes are different. I am just happy to see all the craft brewery's opening in my area. That is a good thing!! Enjoy!

Good beer selection, great location. I like the atmosphere and the convenience of it. I try to avoid going towards Potomac Mills if I can. Find your favorite beer and be sure to come with a somewhat full tummy or walk across the street to eat something.

Nice location and great selection but no specials on growlers. We ordered the Occoquan Dawn and sampled the nitro Stout inside, but when I asked about growler specials the bartender said the only special is for BC members!

Great beer selection, with a friendly and welcoming staff. Maggie, one of the bartenders on shift the evening we visited, was a VERY helpful guide on our first visit to Water's End, as was the manager on staff. We were so impressed that we took home a growler of the Nitro Pastry Stout. So good. Make sure you check out this brewery!

Stopped in to try a new place, good beer and friendly tappers. Ample seating indoors and out, dog friendly, 2 TV's of you want to watch something. Tried the Hop Drop White IPA and American brown ale both were well crafted and tasty ( my opinion ). If you haven't stopped in please do so, I think you'll like this place.

Beer is good, atmosphere is great. They have snacks on the menu, but if you want full-on food you can just skip across the parking lot to Paisanos or another place and bring something back (Paisanos will deliver, too).

The thing about the beer here is that it's nicely done but not boring. They do some really nice Randalls and I especially appreciate the flavor and depth they manage to pack in to their lower ABV beers.

Beers were delicious. Recommended Nitro on the Irish Ale. Difference between regular and nitro are extremely apparent. Service was fantastic and staff is extremely courteous. Enjoyed my time here and will come again.

My favorite brewery in NOVA -- I have been to several "craft breweries" and none has better and more diverse beer than Water's End. The atmosphere is always lively but not overly packed, and there's always a new and delicious beer to try. Love love love the friendly owners too, they will always give you tastings. Make sure to get Juice Bucket when it comes!

I've visited Water's End twice in the past 3 weeks. On both occasions, despite being under completely different circumstances, I've had an excellent experience. The staff is friendly, the service is fast, the environment is clean & comfortable, and most importantly the beer is delicious. I've sampled every beer on the menu & have not been let down. The Dillingham Abbey-Belgian Tripel is a real standout.

Fantastic beer for a great price. The servers were upbeat and engaged, even on the busy nights.

The atmosphere is what I liked most about Waters End. It was engaging, and the people were friendly.

Overall, I had a good time there and I would recommend it to friends looking for great service and a local flair.

Amazing atmosphere, staff, and of course beer! Not only is the atmosphere and staff incredible but the beer is on point, the hefeweizen is the perfect summertime beer! Perfect place to hang out with friends any day of the week while enjoying a delicious brew!

Love, love, love this place. Beer selections is great but It's all about the owners and their desire to create a true local brewery where everyone feels welcome. They clearly have gained the support of the community by supporting local teams, providing a friendly, fun, relaxing, unpretentious environment.
I travel all around the world and for me its the whole experience of feeling a sense of community when you find a local business that makes you feel at home regardless of where you are from. '

My all time favorite brewery in the area! I love the beer that Waters End has to offer. If it's on tap, definitely try the Don't Haze Me Bro or Juice Bucket. It's a great atmosphere and the staff is simply amazing!!

Good beers. It's a nice open space. Drink a beer and visit with your friends. I think a little expensive, but that's me. I'm noticing that at a lot of breweries. I hope it's not just greediness. I like to envision brew pubs as a return to the neighborhood beer culture of our past where locals meet. Too high prices will drive people back to yuengling and bud. It would be a shame

Nice selection of local brews. This place goes beyond the "5 IPAs and a Lager" typical selection with several twists and a rotating, innovative selection of seasonal and fun beers. Periodic food selections and entertainment, together with special events make this a great place to visit often.
