It is the second time that I stay in this hotel and I must say that we had a great time. The staff is very nice and helpful, the room is clean, the breakfast is varied and rich with fresh local products. Strategic location a stone's throw from the center. Quality price. We will certainly stay there when we return to Palermo.
Enough, nothing more. From a four-star hotel it is permissible to want more. Instead I had: an uncomfortable mattress (you could hear the springs protruding), small bathrooms in the bathroom, spaces that were certainly not abundant. Furthermore, the moldy bathroom walls (as well as the edges of the shower), combined with the multiple "drafts" in the walls of the room, restore an atmosphere of neglect. It is not a four star hotel whatsoever. The bathroom smells like mold, it is far from clean, the walls are paper thin and the staff is not helpful at all.

Hotel a stone's throw from the center. Comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and even service.
The hotel itself is pleasant. The concern is that it is difficult to sleep there properly. A big problem with the insulation between the rooms (snoring from neighbors) and with the street (music until 4 / 5am).
In winter: it is imperative to request a second blanket because there is no accessible heating or a second layer provided in the bedroom.

Very good accommodation, in the central area (10 minutes walk from the center). It is located in a popular neighborhood, on secondary streets with little traffic, and therefore tends to be quiet.
It does not offer a great view, but the rooms are very comfortable and pleasant, as is the shower room with hydromassage (but if you exceed 80 meters and a tonnage of 90 kilos, you will find it a bit forced).
Very good and varied breakfast, also with various local sweets of excellent workmanship. Good services available. Polite and punctual staff. They accept animals.
On line there are also negative reviews about this structure, which however, in my experience, seem unfounded to me. The only criticism that is certainly true is that some places around the hotel, located in the "nightlife" area, can sometimes be a bit noisy. As well as some exuberant motorists, who occasionally pass by with stereo systems at full volume. But this does not depend on the hotel, and it happens in any central area of a populous city.
In conclusion: a definitely recommendable hotel.

A pleasant find this hotel. Surely we put it on top of our preferences for when we return to Palermo. Upon arrival, a very nice receptionist offered us sweets and drinks, which after hours of travel were really good for us! Very cuddly room, spotlessly clean, warm at the right point. Very nice bathroom. We see that those who manage it love to take care of the details. Super breakfast.

Just fine. The rooms were really cute. Our only complaint was that the location was very noisy at all hours and the air conditioning seemed to only have two settings: freezing or off. We recommend this hotel, just bring ear plugs :-)

To be a 4 star there are things to be better ... as a mattress that was not unique but two Se parts and an uncomfortable Po .... broken bathroom door (I stayed on my hands) and hydromassage shower (nice thing and useful) but too small ... I could not raise my arms to wash my hair and mine did not fit. Overall small but lovely room in style. Good breakfast with everything. Good location for going downtown.
Room small and modest, definitely to be refreshed. The climate is supposed to be there, but it works poorly, the impressive hydromassage set in the bathroom is supposed to be there, but it does not work at all. Poor hotel location: outskirts of the center but far everywhere: at least 20 'walk to Quattro Canti, 30' to Palermo C-le train station. The square adjacent to the hotel is a party place on weekends, which can be heard in the room; very loud music (a ghostly rumble of the bass!) carries on long after midnight, and noisy and rather unfriendly youth roam the area. Disappointment with the declared **** in comparison with the actual standard, as well as the location.
On the pluses: relatively clean, tasty and plentiful breakfasts. Close to the Palermo Giachery train station. Nice staff.

Hygiene standards are not met. Shower moldy. Shower head with much covering, dusty, holes in the walls. The room smells like it was dipped in Febreeze. It bites in the eye. In my complaint would make fun in the lobby, stupid that I spontaneously came down and heard it. Shower would be cleaned but half-hearted immediately. Never again! A nightmare. I camped better. I would like to show photos. Simply disgusting.

The hotel is nice, in a classic style, it could stand a bit of modernizing, and it is not as noisy as some report, even when this is variable depending on the day and season. Fast wi-fi. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is complete. Reading other reviews one has to wonder what some people expect from a 4-star. Breakfast is very abundant, there is no in-house gym. The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is the only negative: the neighborhood is dark, dirty -it s Palermo- and generally not the best: some local folk you may encounter on your way back at night can make one nervous. Walking to the center takes 20 minutes, so it is convenient while not ideal.
Good reception I had parked the car in front costs 12 euros per day. Breakfast is good. Within walking distance of the center. Hop on a bus tour done all day you will quickly come to the beautiful places.

Excellent hotel in a good location, very convenient to reach the historic center, but also the port area. Piazza Politeama can be reached in 5 minutes on foot and here many city buses depart. Good breakfast and nice staff.

Compact hotel near the center of Palermo. Extensive delicious breakfast buffet and air-conditioned rooms. Parking is difficult and expensive, shower is too small. The area surrounding the hotel is not very inspiring and noisy but for a few nights it is doable.
The room did not have the correct bedding arrangement. One of the staff came to separate the bed into twin beds and gave us the sheets for US to make our own bed; that is NOT good service
We travelled with a guided tour and dined together. The 2 dinners we had there were awful.

Pleasant little hotel.
We like to use it because it is near the ferry port. You do not need to drive far if you come in the evening from the ferry.
The breakfast is good. Town center Palermo within reasonable distance so that you can easily walk.
