This is not a 4 star hotel, but 3 stars. Deprecated. Large bathroom with a shower that you just fit in. Breakfast not extensive. Fruit juice from soft plastic cups is certainly not worth 4 stars.
Hotel will have to be upgraded considerably and improve breakfast in order to earn the 4-star rating.
Nice room,,comfortable, helpful reception, good location
A nice hotel close to the center. Rooms nicely furnished with a comfortable bed. Clean and nice bathroom, cosmetics, good quality towels. Free wifi. LCD. Tasty breakfast. Card payment. High cost for parking in a separate roadside in front of the hotel. Next to the hotel there is a large square with evening events so some noise. The view outside the window is not very attractive.
Beautiful hotel in the center of Palermo, all attractions and points of interest are within walking distance of this hotel! Very serious and helpful staff who always give great advice on what to do and where to eat. The only flaw, sometimes the music of the underlying premises over the weekend is very strong! However super recommended
Disappointing hotel, it actually looks much better in pictures than in real life. The AC unit was not coping and we had to call reception several times so that they adjust it from downstairs - the control panel in the room is just for show. The neighborhood is very authentic though, with some street food stalls and kids hanging around street corners.

The staff is extremely friendly , the rooms are clean and big. Parking for our motorcycles was provided and the guards helped us quickly get a new battery and change it. Would come again. Greetings from Germany.

The hotel is now in a good location /1.6km. the main attractions of Palermo / .Cheteri his stars come a little much !!! Keep in mind that pitak and Saturdays meat teenagers gather on the square in front of the hotel !!! thunder terrible music from passing cars and bicycles mounted systems on them !! ! The service is decent! There are 3-4 parking spaces in front of the hotel - at twelve euros !!!

I stayed two days in this hotel located quite close to the center in a rather dirty and poorly maintained area of Palermo. The room is spacious and the breakfast offers a lot of choice. However, my rating was 2 stars because the anti covid rules were not observed. The breakfast was served in self-service mode, in a room too small for the number of people sitting at the tables. It goes without saying that the safety distance was absolutely not respected. To all this is added the fact that the reception staff did not wear a mask, which is mandatory even if there is plexiglass.
First of all, the welcome, the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Then the centrality of the place and the affordable price. Good breakfast, both sweet and salty. Good rooms and good cleaning. Excellent bathrooms with shower and hydromassage. An excellent starting point for visiting Palermo.
In all my life I have never been to such an infernal hotel. We had 2 awful nights. A bedding dating with springs grinding your back.a lift making a noise of hell and I do not speak the noise of the street .....
If you want to spend a catastrophic night I recommend Hotel Vecchio Borgo

The location is poor despite being close to the city center, on a dangerous and littered street.
The service is absolutely awful. After a night out we arrived at the hotel at 2am, the receptionist was lying on the sofa, asleep. We rang the bell several times before he woke up. When he finally woke up after several minutes outside, he opened the doors saying we should ring the bell. We replied that we did it but that he didn't hear because he was sleeping. He denied it, saying he was awake.
During the early morning at around 7am someone came into our room while we were sleeping. It was the hotel maid who was about to clean the room while we were there. She immediately left when she saw us. Unfortunately she decided to clean the room next to ours, making loud noises and slamming doors and windows, which prevented us from sleeping. What's worse is that at some point she started arguing with his colleagues, screaming with no concern for the guest. I had to go out and ask them to stop, but they kept talking and making noise.
The hotel experience was really disappointing due to the inadequate service and rudeness of the staff.
In the end we were unable to sleep, nor did we have breakfast as we decided to leave the hotel right away.
I wouldn t recommended to anyone.

The hotel could be lovely, if not after having given room on 6 'floor ... I go out for dinner, I go back a little later and I find the unpleasant surprise ... the elevator does not work !!! The receptionist, as if nothing had happened, gives this communication and continues to write to the PC ... without apologizing in the least ... compliments ... !!! I would like him to get up on the 6th floor tired and with luggage.
Hotel well located, close to the historic center of Palermo (possibility to do everything on foot). However, the hotel is not at all at the 4 star level: cleanliness which leaves much to be desired, air conditioning which cannot be adjusted, equipment from another era.

What makes the difference in this hotel is definitely the staff. ..and it's not cheap. . From those who receive you, to the ladies who take care of the cleaning of the rooms, to the girls who prepare breakfast. .. I was really good I would never have left! !!!! I will definitely be back I recommend it to everyone, a hotel near the port and two steps but just two from the center, convenient but at the same time quiet location. ..

One of the dirtiest hotels I ve ever seen. Poor service, unpleasant personnel and ugly location. Found the windshield of my car cracked in the morning before leaving.
Well located. Breakfast could be improved. The weekend is full of people and noise. We were staying on the top floor and there is a lot of noise.
Parking costs 12 euros a night and the car stays on the street in front of the hotel.

Small hotel 5 rooms per floor, I also had a shower with hydromassage but did not leave even the space to turn inside the box. Good breakfast, soundproofing between rooms to be improved.
The room is nice but you can see better cleaning. The building has to be completely restored. The shower is very small, luckily I am thin otherwise no shower. The breakfast is rich, after the bad experience the night was totally the opposite. Good drinks, cannoli and savory. The vote is 6 and a half.
