In the heart of Marino, Castelli Romani, a very nice and welcoming place. Atmospheric musical background. Excellent first courses (especially tagliolini with courgette flowers, bacon and saffron). We also had the second, pork tenderloin with plums, chestnuts and caramelized onion (not photographed because we devoured it!). Warm apple and cinnamon cake, a pleasure for the senses ... The slightly disappointing chocolate cake.
Excellent value for money (also discount with the fork).

A small place at the end of an alley that you wouldn't give anything on the outside, but when you enter you are greeted by Sergio, a gentle, attentive waiter with smiling eyes (I suppose he was also smiling under the mask). The place has soft jazz music in the background that makes your emotional state rise above any situation that disturbs your peace. The magnificent gentle and friendly Chef Francesco welcomes each of his diners, gentle in explaining each dish that he prepares, the menu is fantastic for those who, with the palate tired of eating the same thing in each restaurant, look for new flavors and experiences when taste. Although the options are not many they are interesting enough to put to doubt between the options. I recommend the chocolante fondente cake, a surprise in the mouth with which to close the meal. I will definitely return for another piece of pork ribs (soft on the inside and crispy on the outside).

The restaurant is bright, white prevails; the feeling is of cleanliness, but also of a slightly cold environment. The chef and the dining room staff take care of everything. Very friendly and nice, they show maximum availability in illustrating the proposals of the cuisine and the wines to match. The dishes are well built and really pleasant. The apple pie deserves a special mention ... to lick the plate.

Very nice restaurant ... quiet is simple..person very smiling and friendly ... for appetizer we took the cutting board..Very good and very special ..spaced from tomato to rice, cold cuts, cheeses and fruit. First linguine they are really good .. second we took the straccetti..Ottimo also those.
