It is not a four star hotel whatsoever. The bathroom smells like mold, it is far from clean, the walls are paper thin and the staff is not helpful at all.
The neighbourhood is a creepy one, the kind that you don't want to leave the hotel at night on your own looking like a turists. Attached two pictures of the walls falling apart.
