What an amazing hotel. Absolutely loved our time at the Greco, I've been to gran Canaria 5 times now but this is my first time in the el Greco, it's the best hotel I've been in yet, the staff are absolutely amazing and very welcoming, my hubby and I are going back in May and Sep next year, can't wait to see my little gardener friend again, thank you for such a great holiday el Greco 10/10

I stayed in a hotel, but I walked past an almost daily basis. Oloinen clean and a nice location close to the center and the beach. My swimming pools, where you can spend time, if the beach is not interested. Puerto Rico - sun pretty sure the place (more than 300 sunny days per year). Plenty of places to eat in the corner.

Great Location right across from the Puerto Rico beach. Right above some of the best restaurants. Every room well kitted out and looks over the sea. Staff very friendly, room and hotel kept immaculate condition.

If you are into a life of luxury and where everything is just top class then El Greco is the place for you, here for the money and more from the second you enter the hotel doors .. The staff is super professional and good and helps you at least if you have any questions .. The 3 associated restaurants serve top-class food for simply not finer dining throughout puerto rico (and believe me i know, because i have come here for many years) .. The pool heated so you can get really long in it and 2 lovely jaccuzi, so if you take care of a 1 class hotel and stay, then you do not go wrong in the city at Hotel El Greco ...

Fantastic hotel with fantastic staff. This is no ordinary 3* hotel. I can't work out why it's not 4*. Love it, will be back.

Very well maintained with perfect service. Warm and go pool. Full service around the pool also with adjusting and folding up / down umbrellas. Happy hour 16. Beer 2.70 wine 2.5 2 glasses. Nice price!
I just wonder how they can clean the shower as factory New every day. I want to do that at home !!!!

Cannot fault the service. We stayed for 1 week in September 2017 and were amazed at the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the location. The apartments and the environs are contemporary and modern. The pool area is well maintained and staff are happy to adjust parasols for you should you require. The pool bar is fantastic value both for drinks and snacks. The restaurants at the front of the building serve excellent quality food. Our favourite was La Cantina, which we have visited 3 times on 2 separate visits to Puerto Rico. The apartment we stayed on was centrally located in the complex with a delightful view of the beach. We would happily return to El Greco.

This is a very nice hotel to stop in don t think it s got the right start raining to should be more then a 2start in my eyes , more like a 3+start,rooms very nice as in photo will be coming back again

Really delicious food! Steaks and fish were shown raw, to confirm whether it was the right choice - At the same time, it is actually not more expensive than anywhere else in the area.

Nice hotell medium standard, location was the best, really near the beach and stores and restaurants (mostly expensive but some restaurants was good but not best ever) The staff in El Greco looked mostly bored especially in the poolbar- But Armando was the best, he makes the hotell 3+. El Greco get minus for the bad treatment when we missed checkout of our room with 20minutes. This is a quiet hotell for sunbading, mostly for 55 year old ppl and above in age and married couples.

Everything was perfect, almost. We tried hanging a "do not disturb" sign outside the room which never really did anything. We still got disturbed every day by the cleaners. Annoying.

Staff at the reception & poolbar are excellent.

A hotel that fulfills all your needs. The staff here i very kind and helpful, we were so lucky that they even had someone at the reception, who spoke Danish! The facilities are in great quality, the cleaning is done in great detail, the breakfast has a decent variation and in a nice quality and all in all, the hotel is worth the price and will surely make your stay even greater! We stayed at the VIP-area, but we also tried out the standard facilities and I can surely say that both areas work well.

Excellent hotel much more than i taught it would be staff very friendly nothing was a problem.

We went to eat in two of the three restaurants in El Greco. Def one of the nicest looking ones with great atmosphere. But I would not say the food was the nicest. Nothing wrong with it, just not the best

After arriving at our original hotel we could not stand the constant banging of the music and other guest's screaming and shouting at all hours Jet 2 moved us to the El Greco.
What a wonderful hotel staff can not do enough to make your stay pleasurable.
All apartments have air con lovely bathroom with hairdryer towels for every need and pool towels.
Beds comfy blackout electric blinds and separate air con.
Pool huge clean, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas no fight for either.
Staff ask if you need anything and too happy to help poolside bar staff friendly good prices happy hour from 4pm and food tasty.
Will definitely book here again opposite beach near marina and easy flat access to commercial center.

Most people who write reviews about their stay in El Greco, Puerto Rico write that "here it is CLEAN and tidy". We thought so too, until I stayed in the bathroom for a while after the washerwoman came and started cleaning there. The first thing she started with was spraying with something from a bottle and then washing with CLOTH DOWN IN THE TOILET! Then she washed the toilet ring and lid, then continued with the bidet.
Then she continued to spray the walls in the shower cubicle and wash with the SAME CLOTH! Then I stopped her and asked if she had no more cloths than just this one, and if she had any knowledge of bacteria. She held up the spray bottle and probably thought the contents there were disinfectant enough! I forbade her to use this cloth in the washbasin, but what she did when I went out of the bathroom, I have no idea. This was a real shock - what if the same cloth had been used in the toilets in the other apartments as well? After this discovery, we boiled water and rinsed all the dishes in the kitchen every day. The incident was immediately reported to the front desk of the hotel.
Our stay was from March 21-28, 2019.

Very good hotel! I've been down here many times, but none of the hotels beat them here! Very fresh, service close to everything you could wish for!
Highly recommend this hotel

Great hotel with great rooms and friendly staff. The minus is the breakfast served in the pool bar where the pigeons have access to the serving tables and the food you are going to eat. Disgusting! In addition, visits to the hotel are not permitted - regardless of whether it is the closest family. Too strict!

A fantastic hotel, we could not have asked for better. We booked self catering and we're more than happy with facilities in the room, we only had basic food at lunch time and had the opportunity to eat at many different places around Puerto Rico. Having said that the two restaurants associated with Hotel El Greco (Molina & Cantina) were excellent.

Worth particular mention was our room service lady, Marie. She arrived every day with a smile on her face and was great with our two boys.

The Hotel Location is great, accross the road from the beach although, we opted just to relax by the pool more often than not. The bus station is 10 minutes walk away and the buses make getting around Gran Canaria without a car easy.

If you're looking for a good hotel with all the facilities you need on holiday, then El Greco is for you. If we return to Gran Canaria on a future holiday, we'll book back here, definitely.

APARTMHOTEL SUPER RECOMMENDED IN FIRST LINE OF BEACH WITH VIEWS A SUPER POOL, VERY WELL DECORATED, THE BEST ITALIAN RESTAURANT OF THE ISLAND AND ABOVE ALL A HUMAN TEAM THAT DESVIVES IN YOUR ATTENTION, RETURN, A GREETING.

I thought it was great food and drink at the Grill (a resturang in the hotel).

This is my favourite hotel in the world, there's nothing more to say.

Of all the places we have been to, at Gran Canaria, El Greco is the place I can return to every year, perfect view of the sea, newly renovated apartments ... Just Perfect
