I've never experience better service at any lot. I've bought 2 vehicles here this year. A 2019 limited 4 runner and just last week bought a 2020 tundra trd. Amber luomanen was awesome!

Great service.Fast & Honest auto tech's. Comfortable waiting area.

Their service department completed an oil change in step daughter's Mini. Leak in oil plug was identified after the oil change. Learned the oil plug was stripped and larger plug was placed in oil pan. Informed the dealer of the problem and received no support. They were defensive, demeaning and showed little respect for the potential causes of the faulty installation of the oil plug. I would not use the service center again or purchase a car from this dealership.

We had a great experience and went home with a brand new truck. Very happy with the service we got at Vancouver Toyota. Thanks to Marcie for making it possible!

Bring your trust fund, super expensive, but very professional.

What a cluster mess. Made a appointment for just a oil change. One person tells you to wait at one spot and then they tell you to move somewhere else and then another wait, and they were completely rude as ever. This is the last time I will set foot on their property.

First the positive that I wrote a couple years ago; I have purchased multiple new cars from Vancouver Toyota, and have been impressed every time. They are considerate, and very competitive. When we bought the last car, they gave us such a competitive and fair price that for once in my life I did not even feel like it was necessary to try and negotiate it any lower. Now the negative; I got a solicitation from this dealership that said they had a special need for trades like ours that we bought a few years ago, and they would give us 115% or MORE for it in trade. We went in to take advantage of this offer. Our car has not flaws, and I researched the trade in value. They offered us a little less than full trade in value. So bottom line, their mailer was BS. I felt very baited, and deceived. Hey, if you want me to come in an consider trading in my car to buy a new one, just say so, don't bait me with some BS offer. I know it did not have to be this way because a few years back I had the exact same sort of high offer because they wanted our vehicle from Ron Tonkin. I went in, skeptically, and sure enough, they offered the full amount as they said, and even added that they would write a check, or take it on trade. So, I will go here for a vehicle in the future, but a big chunk of good will and trust is gone. They are just like every other dealer with the glitzily gimmicks that mean nothing.

Hayden was amazing, we got the car we wanted for an awesome price and even better interest rate. No pressure and great service. It was a pleasure doing business. I will definitely be back for my next new car purchase. Thanks again Hayden!

Very nice environment, parts center is knowledgeable but service center horrible. If you want to buy a car you will be better off Gladstone Toyota you will get better deal I bought the exact car that I choose from Vancouver Toyota wrote down vin # and Gladstone Toyota towed the car to there facility and discounted by 2k, with the exact vin number I asked for, Vancouver Toyota did not discount at all when I asked.

I just dropped off a Toyota key over there...dont know anything about that dealership

11/10 update:
Must revise this original review because in a less than two months from driving the car off the lot there are two major systems that have failed. We were told the vehicle went through a series of maintenance checks and that everything was working correctly. Now that we had to have the car towed to the dealership for repairs we were promised a years free roadside service. In reality when contacting the tow company they are charging us $105 and refuse to budge even though the salesperson DeAnna says it is supposed to be free. Bottom line, major pain and it seems we have a lemon and stuck with it. Super disappointed. Avoid this dealership.

I dealt with Marcie to get my 2020 Toyota 4Runner Limited Nightshade and I only have great things to say about her and this dealership. She was very straightforward and honest with me, and the whole process went very smoothly. She was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Flynn and Emily were great too!

If you are in the market for a pre-owned I highly recommend going to see Peter Gregg at McCords. I just bought a used Acura, it was my first experience purchasing a car from a dealer and I am very happy with my experience and I m IN LOVE with my car. They made sure it was completely inspected, and it comes with a warranty which was important since I live out of state. I bought it right after they received it, so it took longer than expected to go through inspection, detailing etc. (which was fine with me) but Peter kept in touch with me nearly every day keeping me updated on the progress. He even picked me up at the airport when I came up to get it. I ve worked in customer service for 15 years and it was top notch from start to finish. Also to note being a woman purchasing a car you re always worried about being taken advantage of but I felt just the opposite here.

They're excellent on customer service very knowledgeable employee's just great experience absolutely recommend to visit this place.

My experience at Vancouver Toyota was the best ever. The people who worked with me were just like family. I had shopped around for a Corolla. Vancouver Toyota had the best price. Long wait times for the repairs, and the staff seem clueless and careless. I drive to Portland now just to avoid Vancouver Toyota.

In my experience, buying a car is never fun, but Vancouver Toyota made it as painless as possible. Friendly, knowledgeable, no-pressure sales staff. We came back multiple times over several months to test drive and gather information. I bought a Prius in 2011 and didn't hesitate to come back when it was time to buy a new car (which ended up being a Corolla) just a few weeks ago. Bonus: they are affiliated with Costco's car buying service for no-haggle, reduced prices. I will definitely come back when it is time. I am also really happy with their service department. One more word about Toyotas: my teenager totaled my old Prius and walked away with nothing but a small headache. That's why Toyota was the first brand I considered--and I never did find anything better. Update: We bought a new Highlander a few months ago. Same easy, no pressure process. Emily in sales is the best!

Zero value proposition. Spoke with the GM. His exact words were, I just sell the vehicles. Really?... what do I need you for then? Toyota.. go direct in Vancouver, WA and save yourself the cut. You have a really bad leadership group at McCord s. Rotten.

Great! The mechanic that greeted me at my truck, was very friendly and took me to the waiting area where a gentlemen greeted me and made me feel very welcomed and made sure I got to a service rep quickly.

I'm certain they have the best intentions. However, the service was non-existent, the prices are extremely high, and picking up or dropping your car off before/after repair is a bit chaotic. If I come back, prove me wrong Vancouver Toyota!

A+ buying experience all around, starting with a great sales rep (Donnie). No pressure, knowledgeable and more than fair pricing. I ll start here for all future new and used purchases.

The service department was confused from start to finish. It is almost comical how incompetent they were.
We made an appointment on Tuesday to have my wife's car repaired on Friday. When we dropped it off the guy at the desk had the wrong info for what we wanted done, even though we had recorded it on their website. We said we would pick the vehicle up on Saturday, and requested it be washed. The desk guy said they would look at it, assess the damage and call us. No call came. My wife called them Friday evening and left a message...still no call.
I called Saturday morning, the guy on the phone said, "we dropped the ball, didn't work on it last night, we'll look at it today". He called back a few hours later telling us what would actually need to be done and giving a cost estimate and stated, "we didn't work on it cause we had you listed as squeezing you in if we get time" despite the appointment we had made days ahead of time. He also stated that the parts would be ordered Monday 'cause they can't order parts on the weekend (could have done so Friday though, I bet) and so the rig would be ready on Tuesday. They called Tuesday and told us the rig was finally ready. My wife asked if it had been washed, they said "No, it wasn't listed as requested". Guess that was yet another fumble on their part.
We did get the rig back, it had been washed and repaired, hope the repair holds up although judging by their 0% success on all the previous details I'm less than confident.
Needless to say we won't be going back there again and doubt if we will buy another Toyota, but if we do, it won't be from there.

Such an awful experience here! I was in the market to buy a new car for the first time on my own after my car I had since I was 16 bit the dust. I had made an appointment online to test drive a Prius One they had in stock, when I got there we had to wander around to find a sales associate and when we did they didn t even get up, we had to ask for the women we had the appointment with. Then were told she was busy so another saleswomen DeAnna would be taking us on. During the test drive we asked questions about the car and she could barely answer any of them! Then when we went to look at writing it up my brother who I brought with me was helping ask questions and saying how we were thinking about looking around. And she started to get really rude and short with us not liking that we weren t sure about the car and kept saying what will make you buy the car today and not being friendly at all! It felt like she was trying to bully me into the sale so we decided to leave. I highly recommend Willsonville Toyota, that is where I went to buy my car and they were nice and helpful, everything McCords was not!

We came in after doing a ton of research online, looking to finalize our selection. We had the pleasure of working with Cory, who is unquestionably the most respectful salesperson we have ever worked with. He was not only respectful, but informative, patient, and considerate of our needs. When it is time for our next vehicle, we will look first with Cory at McCord's Vancouver Toyota.

I have serviced my Prius here for 12 years. Very satisfied.

We stopped in last week looking at Toyota s. We had Skyler helping us, he asked what we wanted in a truck and was constantly trying to find us the right fit. He was messaging us throughout the week, answering questions and sending us trucks. We came back today and he was there ready to show us multiple trucks so we had a a lot of choices. Not only was Skyler very nice and good at his job, but he was honest with us from the get go and never tried to get us to buy something he knew we wouldn t be happy with. Thanks again!

My husband and I traded in our 2016 Kia Forte5 for a Tacoma TRD Off-Road yesterday and had nothing but a pleasant experience. We were very fortunate to work with Michael Emmons and would highly recommend making an appointment with him! We were in and out within a couple of hours, from start to finish. rented a Toyota Sienna, not a bad experience a little expensive clean restrooms friendly staff. I would probably do it again if I had the money to blow.

After a long search, my man Skyler took great care of us in our beautiful sedan, aka Great White. With a hour left on Thursday, he processed everything and didn't give us a runaround. At no point, did he ever sugarcoat the process or make us feel we were being put thru the grinder. Thanks Sky!!

So got a car from this place as I was finishing up paper work sale guy Lyxa comes in and says he went through the car wash a water stared rushing in the car told me he will fix it by the next day . Seven days later I get a call saying its all fixed car looks clean weird smell in the car and soon as I put the seat belt on mold all over the belt . Not happy about this. Will not be buying another car from them

After years of being a Vancouver Toyota customer, it s sad that my opinion of them changed dramatically today. I received notices that I needed to come in for my Toyota Car Care service, so I made an appointment, adjusted my schedule so I could be there only to be told that my Toyota Car Care had expired, but not to worry, the service isn t very expensive. That s not the point. If it was expired, I should have been told at the time of making my appointment, not after driving there and wasting part of my Saturday. If it had been way over expired, I would be more understanding, though I still should have been told when making the appointment, but it wasn t. Terrible customer service on their part.

I would like too thank Donnie G, so much for getting me in my new car. It was the best experience I have every had. He was honest with me about everything. I so appreciate all that he done for me. Thank you Donnie I will be back and tell my friends about you.

Awesome staff and service. My Tacoma Trail Edition was a special order purchase and all who were involved did an amazing job. I had to wait a month before my vehicle made it to the store, but the entire time any changes or updates were forwarded to me via text or email. Communicating to me even the smallest of details was very appreciated. Highly impressed with the quality of service I received.

Why lie? Customers remember dishonesty and I wouldn t recommend McCords Vancouver Toyota. They lied to us, saying that we could not do a co-sign loan with individuals at different address. I believe that would be false, because I have personal experience of getting a loan with a co-signer with you guessed it a different address. Also, their competitor said they were willing to work with us in that situation. If you would like to do business here be careful because deceit runs deep in this dealership. We worked with Jon Browning in Sales. However, it may be management or finance department that made the decision. I do not know.

Service Department is knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate that they don't talk to me like I am a mechanical engineer but take the time to explain the issue as well as the estimated cost for parts and labor. Plus the friendly smiles make it a pleasant experience to get your vehichle serviced.

There was oil dripping from around the pan after the service and the Maint. Light was still illuminated when I received the truck back. Not overly happy about it really.

I had a terrible experience selling my used car to Vancouver Toyota. After taking it in once to have it inspected and to have them make an offer, I left and told them that I thought it would sell for more to a private party. After my one and only visit Vancouver Toyota then proceeded to call me almost EVERY OTHER DAY to try to get me to come back in and sell my vehicle to them.

The biggest issue is that after 2 weeks of their calls I finally decided I would be willing to sell my vehicle to them. I spoke to the representative on the phone and said I would drive it back in to sell it to them, but only if they were willing to increase their offer. The representative told me she would have to check with the used car manager and call me back. 15 minutes later she called back and said that they were going to offer me a higher amount and to bring it in as soon as I could.

That same evening after driving 1.5 hours in rush hour traffic to get to Vancouver Toyota they then proceeded to tell me that, "not only will we not increase our offer, but we really think it is worth less than our original offer".

The fact that this business blatantly lied and misled me only to get me into their dealership is disgusting. Because of these types of sales practices I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY OR YOUR BUSINESS.
