Kilometers to get to the room and rooms without safe ...

Hotel room very good, breakfast staff poor.
Not allowed to take small hand luggage into very large dining room....we couldn't lock them, and we were supposed to leave them in the corridor for anyone to take....so couldn't have breakfast...noticed a staff changeover...so therefore nobody was watching the left hand luggage..no help given at all... no alternative safe room to leave them....no help from staff...do disappointed...only answer was hotel rules!
Should have a designated safe room for this.

Excellent hotel. A pleasant and prestigious setting. The rooms are superb. The dej with the restaurant are extra.

A great option if you're looking for an airport hotel that's a cut above the rest. Friendly staff and excellent amenities make this an easy choice for a short business stay. The airport shuttle was always punctual. The bistro offered good options too if you're looking to eat in.

Great place to stay.
Kids friendly.
Also friendly and helpful staff.
One of the shuttle bus driver was very friendly too.
He always made sure that the kids were safely wearing their seat belts.

The best hotel I have stayed in. Come back for sure.

Regarding this hotel, I give it 10/10, say why ..
1- The hotel has very high security and everyone spins this
Reception 24 hours.
Before entering the room floor, someone can come there to someone with an access card for the hotel
2- Close to the airport, the rooms have sound insulation, which means what you hear the pilot's voice
3- There is a large bus every half an hour that moves to and from the airport.
4- There is a bus station, about 3 minutes walk away
5- What is next to the hotel?
- KFC is 4 minutes away on foot
(Food is not halal) Closes at 3 am
-Burger King is 5 minutes away on foot. Eating (halal only chicken) 24 hours working
- Shisha Shell station, and in front of him it took 24 working hours

Frankly, the cleanliness of the hotel is very high and the rooms are large, unlike the other places, especially in Europe. The rooms are narrow, but this hotel is not ..

From Amsterdam airport by train to the center, for a token amount, and in return the same thing goes down at an airport and then a bus that comes every half hour and answers it to the hotel

Very nice hotel, spacious, well-kept and above all clean rooms. Hallways and rooms were always clean. Staff could communicate well in German and English. The breakfast was really great, so definitely recommendable. In terms of price-performance ratio, the room, parking lot, WiFi, swimming pool and gym were all included.
Good motorway connections to Amsterdam, Rotterdam and the airport.

The only point of criticism was finding the hotel. We were directed to the rear of the hotel complex via our BMW navigation system (built in 2018) and were only able to get onto the site by luck, as someone opened the gate for us. The parking system with the tickets and the barriers was a bit confusing and not immediately clear. Apparently the license plates are scanned when driving in and you don't need the ticket anymore (at least it was the case with me). Maybe it's all pretty easy and I've just acted stupid, so I don't subtract stars for it. 100% recommendation

Got delayed in Amsterdam, for an over flow hotel, excellent accommodations and great staff. Need to shuttle to airport and take rail to city, but you can't expect too much from overflow.

What a perfect start to the holiday! The day before your holiday by car to hotel Schiphol. The car can be parked there for a maximum of 31 days and you can enjoy the hotel and in the morning with the shuttle service from Vd Valk to the airport. Fantastic experience! We will certainly do this !!!

Very spacious room, mostly clean, excellent bath. The breakfast is outstandingly good! Shuttle to the airport is on time.

Value for money is excellent. Spacious rooms, clean rooms, food is fine, wellness is adequate given the price and the lobby is also fine.

The location is especially ideal if you are passing through.

Rather incredible restaurant. Their food is amazing and the waitress are just lovely. Its an amazing please.

Close together airport, its a great stop over on your way to the schiphol airport.

Van der Valk hotels are just fine. Spacious rooms with a great restaurant.

Spacious lobby, many "old paintings" in the hall provide nice accents. Not your standard Valk interior, let me put it that way. Furthermore, neat and clean. Free parking for the first 24 hours. Close to Schiphol. Shuttle available from hotel to Schiphol.

Whilst only there for one night (Missed connecting flight home) the hotel was very welcoming and very efficient. The receptionist staff knew why we were there as KLM had phoned ahead, we were provided with a courtesy travel bag and had our hotel room key within minutes. The room was fine, with all the relevant amenities you would expect. The restaurant was wonderful, with a huge variety of food and drinks and even though we were provided with a courtesy menu and voucher we were allowed to simply use this to contribute to anything we wanted, and we were not disappointed. Breakfast was just as good with every breakfast style you could think of, overall could not fault our stay.

Location was neat, so were the facilities. Limited parking space. I have not used other services.

Very friendly and attentive staff, modern, spacious and impeccable rooms, free Wi-Fi and parking, frequent airport shuttles and free transfers, huge breakfast buffet and delicious! Nothing to say negative, each visit is very pleasant!

Nice hotel great food and the area around was great for walking. Different animals to watch and that gives relaxation. Great for business meetings.

Beautiful hotel with friendly people. We felt safe and taken care of and comfortable even though it was our first time overseas.

Came for a convention event at the hotel, for which it provided an excellent space and very good buffet lunch. Hotel good for a short stay. High quality rooms, good breakfast buffet selection, useful shuttle service. The wide corridors did remind us of The Shining however!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The park situation is a bit confusing at first, but it will explain itself later. The room itself is big and clean except I noticed a slightly unpleasant smell. A very nice extra is a safe that you can use at no additional cost.
I particularly like the good internet speed (200,000 up / down).

This is for nerds because everything is controlled by an iPad. Staff speaks English which is always good

The coffee machine in the conference ROM was extremely noisy. Aparte from that, adequate conference location.

Being situated in the center of the city, the building is already a bit outdated but is great for night walks, good location.

Super luxurious room, steam cabin and jaccuzi everything was fresh and fruity only was bin was already hidden large portrait of Maxima which also looked special so large.

Definitely recommended if you are looking for a hotel in the area well worth the price.

Close to the airport

Booked the jungle room, a room that you would expect to be well organized. Hot tub was dirty, reception was not service oriented at all. All questions such as ice cubes in the room, extra shampoo and the like had to be picked up on foot from the reception (because no one was present from housekeeping according to the lady) and when a bottle of champagne or food was ordered, one could suddenly walk to the room turn into. In addition, not at all friendly, they reacted aloof to everything. Not to be repeated!

Pro: Very nice hotel, good food, excellent service, good prices.
Con: Gym closes early and no drinking water at the sauna area, rooms are a bit old.

I absolutely love this place, it may look like nothing from the outside but inside it is elegant and quite up market. It is used a lot by business people and for weddings, although I have only ever stayed as a hotel guest.

Very nice hotel. Great shuttle service to Schiphol to take the train there for an evening in Amsterdam. Great room, nice beds. Next morning great breakfast and again the shuttle service to Schiphol.

Despite all COVID-19 measures, they have done well here. Staff remain friendly despite the fact that work has become more difficult on many points.

Good hotel, nice room, interesting decor. Bathroom is separated with glass walls, large floor-level rain shower is very nice. It wasn't 100% clean, but only small things: Second pillows by the bed and the curtains had a few stains. Otherwise everything was fine, we didn't hear any noise from the airport, even with the window open it wasn't unusually loud. Friendly staff, helpful. All in one good, we would come again.
