Nice meeting location, close to Schiphol ... so ideal for visitors who fly in ...

Wonderful hotel, fantastic rooms (clean tidy and equipped with every kind of service) Definitely one of the best hotels in Amsterdam

i have 1 reservation for this hotel, which i want to change due to the flight being canceled by klm due to covidus.
and the hotel will not let me change or respond to my message.

Super rooms, nice wellness, car parking and on vacation

Nice hotel, also with baby and child. Shuttle service in the middle of the night, parking space for the car ok

The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was great.

Really enjoyed my stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
I booked a basic room, and was very impressed. It was huge and clean, except for hair in the shower.
They do not provide hair conditioner :(
Take note, you have to firmly push the door to shut and lock it all the way. And there are no secondary safety locks.
Rooms are pretty quiet.
50 Deposit on arrival, plus the obvious nightly room tax on check out.

The health club facilities are nice to enjoy, they have a full gym, pool, sauna, hot tub and steam room. However when I went in they were also pretty gross and unclean. Especially the steam room, dirty floors and seats covered in grime. Looks like it hasn't been scrubbed in quite some time, maybe because they are renovated. Needs updating.

I picked this hotel because of the complementary airport shuttle, make sure you book it at check in.

No comments on the food. 24/7 McDonald's is right across the street.

A vey nice and clean hotel. AC in the rooms, a beautifull pool and a good breakfest. They have many more to offer that i didn't get the chance to explore. My room was clean and very comfortable. The staff is always there. They offer free shuttles to the airport and back, very comfortable.

Very easy to get around. Lots of staff on hand to answer questions. They have a shuttle service to and from the airport. Easy to take a train to Central Amsterdam.

Excellent hotel, receptionist always available, kind and friendly, for any clarification and simple info they are there to help you at any time! We stayed for 6 days with our 3 and a half year old son, cheap, booking made half an hour before, free stay for him, additional bed free! Complimentary daily water in the room, free coffee and coffee machine, paid mini bar in the room as a snack, free shuttle to and from the airport according to the scheduled daily schedule, city center easily accessible or by taking the airport shuttle (approx. 15 minutes of journey or less) and then the metro to the center from there, or the bus near the hotel very frequently, and in 30 minutes or less you are in the center! Buses also at night! Overall, really good, too bad not to have tried the breakfast very expensive, like all hotels or almost Dutch. We will gladly return!

Ideal for a quick jump to schiphol and cheap parking for longstay

Really great hotel! I was surprised because the it s much cheaper than the other airport hotels and it has everything.
Airport shuttle fits 8 people each time and runs every 15min and after 11pm on the hour or so.
The lobby and reception area are beautiful with plants. The green room where breakfast is, has wonderful plant walls it makes you feel like you are eating in a garden. Top breakfast! Monday-Friday it closes early at 10am and Saturday at 11am and Sunday at 12pm! Wonderful sleep in!
The gym is great with a small pool and saunas as well.
Was upgraded to an executive room being an NH member. Huge room. Really great bed and the pillows weren t too bad. Need some feather ones. Nespresso machine. No opening windows which is annoying. They should put some in to get fresh air. It s hot in the rooms during summer but there is aircon it s just you need the fresh air too. Wonderful place I extended my stay here. Lots of business meetings as well. I stayed here for the mysteryland festival so the reception was very busy with all the check ins. Hotel dinner at the bar was good. Lovely salmon.

Spacious rooms, good beds, excellent very spacious breakfast but weird that there was no lock on the bathroom door.

Very suitable for short stays. The rooms were clean and the bathroom modern and spacious. The staff was friendly but couldn't speak German.

The exterior aspect hides some flaws. Corridor carpets on the 4th floor are a bit old and very stained, as are the ceilings. Space-battered furniture, extra furniture in the room, which is no longer large, and worst of all, this hotel, I call it a stand, does not open any windows, very bad for those with symptoms of claustrophobia. Staff attentive and concerned about the customer.

The rooms are pleasantly large, especially the wet room is a dream. The breakfast is very rich and despite the size of the hotel and the breakfast room you never have to wait long or wait. The staff is very friendly and the location at the airport very convenient. There is a shuttle service from the hotel to the airport: all in all highly recommended!

There is Mac near. There is a free transfer to the airport. There is nothing to say about the facilities at the airport supermarket.

In the past there was a small glitch in our room, but this was made up for by the professionalism, friendliness, the more than expected courtesy and the great service. We will always be happy to come back. Thanks for that!

The shuttle bus between hotel and airport is only capable of 8 persons, that you have to book before leaving hotel, and have a good chance not able to get on bus from airport. Besides, even now they take your booking and you need to get your bus voucher from the front desk, you could still unable to get on bus since the bus is full. And then, no explanation, I deserves. I write down here just because I stand 5 minutes for my complaint form and... keep waiting, so busy , isn t it ?! Ok in the end the man sorry about that because two guys not booked already on the bus, how can I say ? At least I told 3 times the same thing, but nobody could here that, so weird.

The rooms are very nice and clean at a location close to the airport.

Keeping in mind that Netherlands is not dealing very well with Covid-19, they can do more for improvement of measures against coronavirus. More hand sanitazers. But also, have to take into consideration that there is not much traffic.

This hotel is amazing. This is one of the few hotels I can give 5 stars to. I was not able to find any negative aspect.

I stayed at a King Size room at the executive side of the hotel. The room way very cosy and bright. Everything was clean and tidy.

The Breakfast was great. The offer is not very wide but the quality is very good.

Liked it very much. There is a free shuttle from the airport, it's 10min from the airport. The rooms are big and nice.

Good price and good location even if you are aiming to go to Amsterdam, just use one of the p+r locations and you're set. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Very good facilities and rooms. It has a free shuttle to and from the airport from 06:00 to 23:00 approximately, heated swimming pool, gym, sauna and a full breakfast with hot and cold dishes of all kinds.
It is located in an industrial park in Schipol and far from the city of Amsterdam. To go downtown, you can go by shuttle from the hotel to the airport, and from the airport by train to the center of Amsterdam, with a duration of approximately half an hour.
Not recommended for sightseeing, and highly recommended for spending the night between flights.

Bed King size, Nice room, clean and big bathroom . Marvellous breakfast

We had booked 1 night including breakfast. Room was neat and clean. Breakfast was also very tasty and lots of choice. And a very good, friendly service.

Was supposed to have a breakfast every morning, but were not allowed one as they said our room didn't include one. When we checked in, were told we were upgraded.. but our room was definitely not an upgrade. Wondering if when they "upgraded" us, they switched us to a non- breakfast room. Be careful here! This stay was the worst part of our European vacation.

I recently stayed at this hotel early October 2019 and I cannot thank enough all the staff from Reception (Chamira) , to the staff at The Greenhouse where I had the most sumptuous breakfasts every morning. Every staff member from cleaning to management were friendly and helpful. The rooms perfect and the location was amazing with the free shuttle bus to/from Amsterdam Airport. I have stayed in many hotels over the years but this one has far exceeded all my expectations. I cannot wait to come back again.

One is dependent on the shuttle bus. This must be booked (outgoing from the hotel). Shuttle bus not punctual, partly canceled

I went there twice within one month for business trips. Great experience and the staff is so helpful. The shuttle bus was driving me to the company I m going to and picking me up from there after finishing my meetings. Beautiful service. I d really recommend such hotel for business or recreation. Nice and clean hotel. The rooms are big and quite. I give the only 3* because the request wake up call not received (i was lucky that mu phone alarm ring) and they forget to order the breakfast box. Two mistakes that an airport hotel shall never do.

Room was very humid and smelled. Aircon in meeting rooms was out of order. Poor service, long and nun organized checkin although all rooms had been prebooked.

Reasonable price, frequent shuttle bus .... very convenience

Delicious food, free airport transfer. There is a swimming pool (small) with sauna and hammam. The only downside is the location, take a long way from the city center.

Not really a good experience. Reception was welcoming and Carlos was fast and very courteous. As soon as I've reached the room I was literally freezing and so I've decided to have a shower. The water for one reason was nearly warm and so I told myself you better have a bath. For one reason the bath was much warmer than the shower but the water flow is too little and it would take forever. I've decided so to have a shower in the bath. I went then to the spa and it was good. Sauna, gym ecc.
I go back to the room and I decide to order room service at 2015. At 2100 the food did not arrive yet and so I call again. The server says " I've no idea. I'll call you back.". She calls back within 2 minutes and she informes me that my order will take 15 minutes more! I couldn't so avoid to ask why for a Cesar salad and cheese selection it should take 1 ore?! The lady says there's no much I can do because there are only two persons preparing and that's why it takes so long. Well, I said, it is not my problem! I'm only the guest!! I also have to pay this service 5 euros??? She immediately removed the service charge.
The food finally arrived at 2107 with apologies.
Couldn't turn on the bed lights. Couldn't open the curtain otherwise I was seen by the other guests in the hotel. No brush for toilet bowl.
Very nice finding a set of soaps, hair mask in the bathroom and Nespresso in the room.

The rooms need updating. Corridors look nice and the lobby is great, which makes you say, wow what a chic hotel, until you enter the room.

Very large but well signposted with many nice shops.

For us a disappointment. We could not rent bicycles because we would use this to cycle to Mysteryland, which is a great pity since renting bicycles was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel, I had also stated this when booking. (It does not seem to me that the risk of theft for such an event is greater than for Amsterdam ...)
In addition, we discovered that the swimming pool is closed in the meantime.
These are 2 things that I find very disappointing of a hotel in this price range, especially given that some form of communication (especially with regard to bicycles) has not been forthcoming.

So I got there really early and they said there's rooms available but they can't check me in because the system was down. So i waited in the lobby for 5 hours. The prices of food in there is INSANE and the food is not very good so be wise when choosing. Also the windows in the rooms don't open because of the impact from the planes and the aircon is very weak so it can get hot. The ladies at the front desk are ok but seem like they don't want to be bothered. There was a spider on my window and half the curtains cover a wall so it's not even a window the windows only the other half. A room service lady ran into my room without permission thinking I wasn't there. She ran in and asked if i wanted to replace anything in my minibar I said no. She left but she came in with her own key I didn't open it for her. Mcdonalds across the road thats why it got 1 star and the hotel has a good gym and other facilities like the shuttle and a meeting point thats why it got the other star. The tv is not very good limited channels so make sure you have your laptop all that. WIFI is decent. Oh and the day before I checked out I paid all my open bills. City tax and all the room service. When I checked out they tried to charge me for it all a second time saying I didn't pay. Thank God I had a receipt because they would have taken it twice. Keep all your receipts or they'll probably try take your money be careful. Oh and I smelt weed at night the fight two days even though the rooms have no windows and it's non smoking. seriously I wouldn't really recommend the rooms but the meeting point is nice and they have a good gym. The room was relatively clean I had a little problem because my room was supposed to be cleaned the cleaner came said hi to me and I left. I went back two hours later and she didn't clean my room so I had to call in for someone to come and leave the room again. Just a heads up I know if I was staying at a hotel i'd want to be told all this information. I'm not saying dont stay i'm just saying make an informed decision to.

The facilities at the hotel are good, but the service is not very good, the parking lot needs to be charged separately. Another advantage is that it is close to the airport and there is McDonald's next to it.

Sleek new rennovated rooms, with Gym and pool. Free shuttle to airport every 15 minutes..Make sure you schedule the shuttle prior with the reception..Schipol Airport is a 10 min drive.

Fantastic hotel, very friendly and decisive staff. Breakfast a pleasure, from the best hotels of the trip by far. Great pool, sauna and jacuzzi facilities to rest after 1 day sightseeing in Amsterdam.

A bit old hotel, but it certainly offers all the accommodations needed for a good stay. Due to the outdated interior there are often disturbing noises from fridges, radiators ... That do not really make it a relaxing place. Staff is very helpful
