This place is only for little ppl! I was so embarrassed trying to ride a ride there. My breasts were too big. I had an Asian worker jumping on me to close the latch. Yes it sounds hilarious but it wasn't. This place needs to expand a few things!

While it's been 11 years since the park has added a new roller coaster (they need a B&M coaster), the park is still a great time, with plenty of rides and attractions for all levels of thrill seekers. Also, the food has gotten much better over the past few years.

I've come here as a kid and now with my own kids. Always a fun experience. Good to get out and explore. Cool rides fun and friendly. They have a water park as well. They got Pre-k Season pass for kids! Pure awesomeness!

The High Roller is the first rollercoaster I have been on in my life and it s right here in valley fair. The second is the Wild Thing. I ve loved rides since then. It s pricy, but this place is as good as it gets in Minnesota. There s rides for both kids and daredevils and from what I ve known, are all safe. Yes, even the Renegade. Best fun I ve had.

Worst customer service. Came with a group. We were all purchasing season passes. I purchased 4 for my family. Friends purchase wasn't going through so I wanted to pay. It charged my card but wouldn't allow them to get passes or to add them. With it raining only 1.5 hrs left and all the chaos some one should've stepped in and let these kids in.

I love going to Valleyfair every year. I go with my friends and family at least once a year and have a blast every time. The park is super clean has lots of rides to choose from. I also like that the park has many rides for different age groups. Camp Snoopy is always a big hit for the little kids and the big roller coasters are entraining for adults. Personally my favorite ride would have to be The Wild Thing. I love the big hills and it is always a thrill. I also enjoy the water park on hot days. I would recommend this amusement park to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

I've basically been visiting Valley Fair at least once a summer since I was four years old in 1981..
Of course 93'-97' would set aside money from whatever part-time job I had at the time, for a summer pass..
The place has changed a lot over the years, but so has society..
Valley Fair has definitely become a softer gentler place, to bring out your family with small children..
Yet it also has enough edginess for teens and adults to have a good time..
The one thing I do wish for Valley Fair is to add a new "world class" roller coaster..
One that's fast enough, high enough, and thrilling enough to compete with the biggest in the world.. If anyone can pull this off and make it happen it's Valley Fair.
Valley Scare is also definitely worth checking out.. They put a lot of effort and money into every detail.

I've been there for 4 years now. It's really cool and fun. There are some really cool rides like Wild Thing, Renegade, North Star, and Power Tower. My favorite is Steel Venom. It's worth the money!

Great rides, my favorite is the Steel Venom. Great attractions like Valley scare and the movie theater. Everything is overpriced but it's a tourist attraction so what do you expect. Sadly it's in Minnesota so it's not open all year.

Extremely expensive all around, would give more stars if had children - as the park was basically for kids. Didn't really enjoy the "fast pace" bracelet, but I guess that's the way of theme parks these days. Doubt I'll ever go back if I'm in Minnesota again.

I haven't been here in years but decided to buy a season pass..... when we went the food was horrible for the expensive prices and the customer service from the young employees at the food places were very rude and horrible customer service... I went to the taco stand and they were gross and they said they couldn't give me salsa to put on them.... I tried to call and talk to a food manager and two weeks later with two follow up calls, I still have not had any contact with a manager.... I spent alot of money on my season pass and while I was there to have piss poor customer service and food....I don't mind paying high prices for stuff that is actually edible....

We hit almost every ride. I went with an older teen and a couple of people in their early 20's. A 52 year old And I'm 51. I didn't ride any rides except the Ferris Wheel. You do get stuck up high for a brief period of time after your ride as they let other people off. But it gives an awesome view of the park. It was warm that day so the indoor shopping area only had their doors 1/2 open. Which made it difficult for me in my wheelchair to get in. My highlight is always the shopping, as they used to have dragon and fairy statues there. No more. It all seems to be geared towards little kids. Overall, OK trip for older person.

I have been going to Valley Fair for YEARS! In fact. every year since I was 5, and I'm now 15. I love that thye hacve so much for everyone, thrill seekers, miled manner riders, water park lovers, junk food junkies. I took my cousin Paulina here (We try and ride a new ride and water slide every summer) and she is a very picky rider when it comes to theme parks. She FELL IN LOVE :) The park is always very clean, the entertainment is great, the staff are always attentive and very nice. In the 10 years I have been going, nothing has ever been more excited to do in the Summer than go to Valley Fair. The top 5 rides for me as a thrill seeker, in order are: 5. Enterprise, 4.Wild Thing, 3. Power Tower, 2. Renegade, and 1 Steel Venom. The food is wonderful, and the waterpark makes the heat disapear. Best Summer spot in the Cities. My only complaint is the price, parking is pricey, and the regualr tickets are almost $45.00 a piece. I would say that would be the only drawback though. Come visit it if you havn't you'll fall in love.

Had lots of fun! I'm not much of a rollercoaster person myself, however the waterpark was much more enjoyable in the hot sun! On the saturday I went, with no fast pass, the wait times were about 5 to 15 minutes in line for both park and water park. Some lines have good shade others not so much. Definitely was not expecting $17 general parking though. The walk from the parking lot to the entrance was long but I knew going in there would be a lot of walking to begin with. Otherwise, it's a fun place to be! Definitely will be going back in the fall for ValleyScare!

If everything didn't cost so much is say it was five stars but paying 10 dollars for a piece of pizza and a breadstick isn't a very good deal in my opinion. You could probably go to some m all and get that for half the price AND double the size of the pizza. But I do get why they do that, you can't bring any food or drinks in so then you HAVE to buy their food and they raise the prices because of that reason for profits probably. I know its probably the same everywhere else but still... You could at least lower the prices.

Great place to visit with family! Lots to do! Parking can be expensive if paid in person, online is cheaper. Tickets are spendy as well but worth the price. Food and beverages are extremely expensive.

I had never been here before, want with a whole bunch of friends and had one of the best days of my life. The rides were amazing although I was skeptical at first, the food was good I'll be somewhat expensive, it was an all-around good time.

Water is cold. Heat it please! At least heat it for a couple hrs a day for gold pass members. And lower price for food or give better discount to passholders. Besides that it's great to get away from home and out to do some fun stuff with the kids. They had a great time.

Always a good time. However prices are rising rapidly every year im guessing its to do with new management or somthing as it never used to be this way. All they care about is money now it seems like. There is almost always limited trains going to make you buy the fast pass thing. Witch also was not there before. Very pricey food and drink (buy the sovunir cup if you want more then 3 drinks). But as I said its always a good time however a trip I used to take a few times a year has turned into once every other year due to everything rising. Desperately needs a new coster too. The addition of renegade was great but that was already 3 or 4 years ago I believe and we use to see new things every other year or two. It also use to be open till midnight and 1 on weekends now its 11 weekends at the very latest and 10 on weekdays. Those last couple hours alot of us really enjoyed.

Extremely disappointed we thought we would have a fun family day at Valleyfair we got there at right around 12:15/ 12:30 pm on May 17th 2019. There were only 3 kid rides in planet snoopy open snoopy s junction, the kite eating tree, and the peanuts 500. My child is too short to ride the kite eating tree. Can ride peanuts 500 with an adult and can ride snoopy s junction by herself. We were originally going to take her on lucy s Tugboat but the ride was being closed as we walked up the operator told us it will be open again in one hour. We then followed her to snoopy s junction where the sign says under 54 tall to ride. She measured her and said she isn t tall enough . So I asked if I could ride with her and she told me no you are too tall . So I said so she can t ride? The operator told me she can ride with some one who is 48 tall. I then repeated myself and said so she can t ride. And walked away. We then continued to walk further back by the semi trucks and roller coaster and every ride was closed. We wasted our time trying to come on a slower day. Nowhere did it say entering the park that the kids rides would be limited. I then looked online and again no such information was given, then I looked on Facebook and yet again no such information was given. Do I need to call Valleyfair before I visit every time to make sure the kid rides are open? Also the Ferris wheel was only running 4 gondolas and there was a half hour wait at least. We stopped at guest services leaving and the guy helping us there agreed that our daughter should have been able to ride snoopy s junction unaccompanied. Don t waste your time with small children on a slow day, you will be disappointed. And since when did Valleyfair start closing little kid rides randomly through out the day? We were leaving the parking lot by 1pm.

Smaller, but nice amusement park. It was a beautiful day. Not too hot. Not too crowded. 1st time visiting. The layout was a little tricky to navigate, but tolerable. I would go back....

Expensive. But....a very good time! A ton of refreshment stands and bathrooms makes it much easier to get around since you don't have to go out of your way to find it. A lot of good rides for everyone's taste. Very easy to spend a day and keep occupied.

Great place to go, Went during the First Responders' week! Not so much of a discount for the family/friend. Total rip off if you ask me. Only 2 bucks off the total price if you print off the paper for this amazing discount you think you're getting. WRONG you pay for full price. Not a good look. As a First Responder myself, family/friends should get a better discount! We often don't see the outcome of most things... I could go on.
