Valley River Shopping Center Reviews

Valley River Center is just an amazing place to just go and get lost in. If there is any place that exemplifies the art of getting lost then it's Valley River Center. You could go here completely unprepared and unready, and you could still have a memorable experience. I highly recommend going here not just by yourself but with friends and family. The food court has a heartfelt and welcoming atmosphere, and the variety of stores to walk in and browse through is unbelievable. You could go to a Frozen Yogurt bar and then a Shutterbug camera shop right after! You could go see a movie in at Regal Cinema, and then go clothes shopping right after. The possibilities are seemingly endless and it's a must-do.

All the stores are closing , no where to shop. DISAPPOINTING.

Mall management is the worst and treat the mall employees like dirt.

Never disappointed when I visit. Love the selection in the food court, and I love all the stores.

Valley River Mall is the more upscale and accessible of the two local malls in the Eugene/ Springfield area. The shops are varied, clean and most of the venue spots are full. The theater is top notch and plays all the big names for a reasonable ticket price.
The only minor Con to Valley River is that it draws a wealthy crowd and seems to capitalize on that fact with generally higher prices. All in all a great place to spend a buck or five hundred.

Sephora! Its great! I've always been an Ulta girl but the Sephora staff are amazing. I went in to buy my daughter a b-day gift and as I mentioned that they gave me a bunch of b-day gifts for her. I am very impressed at the attention they give to everyone that walks in there.

Its a mall, what more can I say. There is a movie theater and stores

I love the movie theater there, hot topic and the food court is pretty amazing

Good food and service if you go early it's not too loud

Good clothing stores in there, like H & H clothing with Macy's too, J.C. penny's is okay at times?

Not bad at all, a little high cost wise. But it's a nice place to browse and kill time. Abc though you only intend on killing time. Chances are you you will still early out with getting something.

Its an average mall but it is easy to get to on the river path

Decent mall for the area better than gateway mall and it has toxic burger side that's pretty awesome

Large shopping mall in Eugene. Decent food court, a decent amount of merchants and awesome security on the property!

Nice , it is all inside and easy, unlike Gateway-i quit using that venue because you have to walk between areas outside, and there are no covered walkways! Valley River has kept it correct! Yay! As a disabled person, I have to be extra careful walking in inclement weather, Valley River Center keeps it accessible for people like me- Thank you!

Food, movies, shopping and access to Eugene's river trail

Easter is not a national holiday and yet the mall is closed. Is this some sort of Christian mall? It would appear so.

With the pandemic going on I'm glad to see they have some shops open!

Getting better. Just need one more big store. Maybe two. Love that Spencer's and hot topic are next to each other.

The mall has an amazing feeling were you can meet friends and spend your money on great products.

Everything a person expects to find at a mall shopping, food, movies, and screaming children.

Lots of great shops, really good eats in the food court, and a movie theatre.

Valley river is the local mall here in Eugene. They have a wide variety of stores and food vendors. Pretty much everything you need for Christmas shopping can be done here. Their is also a Barnes and Noble and Ross across the street. Valley River is also located on the McKenzie river, and features a bike path which runs throughout Eugene.

Shopping on Friday more than a week before Christmas is the perfect time to shop. Not a lot of people, food court area less populated, and still a great selection of gifts!

Went there looking to return a belt at one of the stores with no luck. The knife place had left. It seems since I haven't been there in quite awhile a lot has changed and couldn't find everything I needed. Sephora in Penney's is nice, but none of the coupons that Penney's sends out are redeemable there!

Its a real mall the only real mall in eugene springfield

Love it here. Crazy through the holiday season, though.

This mall is fine -- but don't bring your kids! The co-location of the children's play area and Victoria's Secret make it as un-kid-friendly as possible. I don't know what they could do to make me less inclined to bring my family back. I suppose if there were a downed telephone pole in front of the store, then I would be less inclined, but outside of that, I can't think of anything.

If you need to get your walking done for the day, this is the place to do it, and shop along the way

Birthday shopping. Also had a fun time getting a pretzel and browsing the Halloween store.

This mall is getting 3 stars b/c it offers a decent amount of well known stores, however I m very disappointed w/ the way they decide to run this mall. It seems as though no investments are being made to improve this mall at all whatsoever. Being an employee at this mall, I can honestly say they do not care about the general well being of the employees here either. Many times I ve been forced to work through dangerous weather conditions,otherwise the mall was going to fine my store $500. An alright place to shop, but not a great place to work.

I wish they would bring certain stores back (for instance Abercrombie) but it truly u does have everything you would need

Closes very early on Sundays, couldn't find Lacoste products.

Can take ur little kid to play. Other than that pretty boring
