This shoppping network of stores is conveniently grouped as well as accessible free parking close to shops.From a thru z many shops offering a variety of services ,items ,restaurants and much more.Freeway close hours vary depending on shops and location.Public restrooms , great selection of shops stores and more.Spend the day walking around .Wheelchair friendly too!

Great mall for a small town, need better food options in the food court. With all the construction parking can be annoying but once completed the new entrance should be awesome.

It's reliable and has great selection. It has been the best mall in the area for years. The remodel seems promising, it should be able to compete just fine with the newly remodeled Gateway Mall. Would have given 5 stars since it's the best in the region in my opinion, but I'm biased, compared to malls in Southern California and other major metropolitan areas I have been to, they definitely have room to improve for sure!

Valley River is a really nice and unfrenzied shopping experience. Come to think of it, online retail has made my window shopping hobby into a relaxing pastime.

Nice place to walk around when the weather is rainy

Went to Regal theatre. It's always nice and clean and the seats are comfy!

Lots of great stores! The maps they have make it easy to find the stores you want. They also have the best threading salon in a kiosk. She does beautiful work!

Layout and store selection could be better but its clean, safe and for Eugene, it's a nice mall.

Pretty good shopping spot. Its a mall, so everything is overpriced. The discount stuff can be well worth it, and it depends on the things you like to buy but usually there is t a whole lot to do there. Online shopping is the way of the future but going to the mall is definitely something to do on a boring day.

Nice, clean, great variety of stores. The food court has some very fun offerings and it is a wonderful place to walk out if the rain or heat. Even has markers to know how much you have walked.

Eww. The mall. I guess if you have to. If you're into malls, this one has... a lot??? Who cares. It's the stupid mall - monument to consumerism.

With so much around I get lost easily. I wish it were bigger at times, but then I would get even more lost than I already do.

Had everything you'd need. Nice mall and surrounding area with lots of stores and food options.

Breeding ground for criminal activity. My credit card was stolen and used at one of the stores in the mall. Multiple times it was run for gift cards and was denied. The thief kept attempting different values of gift cards until my card went through. Game Stop should have should have checked ID before allowing the purchase. I can t believe that after three denied attempts someone would continue a sale without checking for ID. This should be a practice ANYTIME a gift card is purchased VIA credit card. Common sense, especially in such a crime infested location. I was on the phone live with my bank as purchases were attempted. I was still in the mall. Not only would the Game Stop employees not cooperate when I called, mall security told me they couldn t look at footage or do anything. I have no what idea what they are paid for?Terrible security system. The security guards aren t even a deterrent. Valley River Center has lost my business. It s a sketchy location.

I love the food but very healthy and always having the best movie seats around and having people treat u with kindness

Nice location...hope they open up some outdoor coffee shop or wine bar to enjoy the river view.

Home to the IMAX theater and a great food court with Charlie's subs for a pretty good steak sandwich. Halloween store is a must visit in fall. Prime location to get a lot done.

It's a great place to get a cinnamon roll from Cinabon.

Very limited shop selection. Definitely geared towards the middle School and high school age groups.

Only place to hang out and has the good movie theater.

With malls slowly becoming ghost towns. This mall is still very active and very well stocked with a variety of familiar stores as well as vendors in the open spaces. Fun place to shop and enjoy the seasons.

All malls look the same, so I don't have any distinct memory of this place. I'm sure it's got great AC and places to buy things.

The selection of stores at Valley River Center is mediocre at best.

Malls as a genre are dying and I say thank goodness and about time, too.

I got to watch a scary movie and the snacks wer'e real good yet they can and are very expensive to
buy when you get a few snacks at once but I still buy the delicious snacks they could be cheaper though. And the cashiers have great service with a smile. I wish

No idea how this place is still around. There are so many empty spots. This used to be the place to be but it has fallen by the wayside as mall become less and less relevant to today's consumer. The very modern theater is the only reason I can see to visit the soon to be relic of the past.

I'm much more beautiful well put together facility than it was 25 30 years ago. Very clean very elegant and so many beautiful things to buy. As a teenager I worked here 25 years ago and it was a great place to work and it's always been a great place to shop

There was a truly funky smell a couple of times we stopped by there. Their theater is pretty nice, having Imax. They also have info in the food court, about a Nobel prize laureate's project. Not as hippie-esque as the rest of Eugene.

Extremely difficult with covid-19. Too many people hard to get around

Clean, not too crowded, has all the stores one would expect from a mall.

Very nice enclosed mall. Lots of great stores. Very clean. Lots of food choices both inside and surrounding area. Mall security evident, very safe feeling. Xmas decorations and exhibit already up.

The only thing worth while in this mall is the cricket store and the food court. Everything else is not that impressive. Better than nothing I guess.

Has a lot of shops, good food. Always clean. Never a bad experience.

Trey is awesome, as usual....good food, good service. One of our favorite spots.
