VRC is still the best mall in the area since it was first built in the 70's!

Nice but not very busy need more people to shop good stores

Nothing really unique about this mall. It was clean and felt mostly safe while inside. Take care when leaving as the homeless population is always nearby. There will be a store for nearly everyone at VRC.

Clean, comfortable, heated indoor mall with a bunch of good stores. Valley River Center has been around since 1968 but it doesn't appear dated because it was built with a clean look and open, inviting design.

Parking is dumb, spaces too small. Everything else about VRC is fine.

VRC is an everyday average mall, but certainly the nicer one in the area. It's clean, has decent stores, etc., but the food court SUCKS and is a revolving door, if the spaces are even being used at all.

Half the store in the online store guid were closed or no longer there

Free overnight RV parking, for rich Mercedes Sprinter, but not allowed to sleep 1 hr in your minivan if its too late to get to portland and ur falling asleep after driving all day from SoCal. Tnx. Those expensive Vans and RVs don't have that much money left over after paying for vehicles and big gas bill to do much shopping at your mall.

I like walking around this place every time I go to Eugene it's exhausting but it's fun

A good option to find fashion stores, quality clothing, a variety of food and appropriate for a family outing.

This mall is better than the one in Springfield. It's usually crowded and parking can be difficult. New stores and food court places seem to come and go rather quickly.

Nice walking inside and now movies and bowling for kids

Love coming here with the kids to build a bear and the imagination museum.

Had to go to Simply Mac and ended up walking around and it was a great center. Lots of shops and not a lot of walking or a lot of people. Very clean place and people were extremely nice there. Going to go back soon with my daughter to take her to the children's museum and Justice store.

It's a great place to bring the kids, grandkids, etc on a rainy day...the indoor play area in great!

It s a shopping mall. It s alright. About what you expect considering the state of physical retail stores these days. More cell phone stores And kiosks than the rest of the area combined.

Went for birthday. Claimed some items were on sale but not at the discount stated

I love valley river center, it has a jewelry store, all kinds of games, and food. Its absolutely awesome here

Overall a good mall, small nothing like Clackamas Town Center, Washington Square or Lloyd Center but sufficient for anything you need for casual attire from Macy's and JC Penny's. Parking is literally not a problem in any way.

It's a mall for crying out loud, probably designed for 17 year old girls that want to pay full boar retail

Valley River has everything you want food clothing, a good walk, cards Hallmark, so it's nice not too crowded and enjoyable to shop at.

Grew up going to Valley River Center is changed but I still love shopping there and this is our old time malls

This is a lovely mall with a large and diverse variety of shops for the most part including the movie theater, restaurants. and everything else you would find in a mall.

If you know which stores you're going you can go in and out so quick, and without even knowing you can be back home in no time... Good walking exercise too!!!

Living in Roseburg and being mall deprived, it was great to visit a multitude of stores. I was like a kid in a candy store!

It's a decent mall.. even has a good theater and huge arcade.

Almost a cookie cutter mall. Not many stores. Small vendors don't seem to last long. Even McDonald's left. And I don't even like McDonald's.

We just went to the movie theatres. Macy and saporah for cosmetics. The employees buy up the Macy and Saporah cosmetic gift deals so they are hard to find at the stores

I love this mall, probably one of my favorites! Clean and has lots of good stores, as well as good choices in the food court!

Every time I called To the management office to get help.
She hang up on me on my face every time I called.

Instead of to help the tenet during COVID-19 she always very rude.

The mall is a great place to enjoy the culture of Eugene. Being around so many happy people makes it a wonderful experience.

Seriously go downtown eugene, support the local companies. Same price and more quality. Support your town

Different options If clothing stores. Different options to choose from at the food pavilion. Can see a movie at the theater, located inside the mall.

Don't go to valley River often because the parking lot is full every time I go. I like some of the shops there and the food court is great

Sections are walled off from others...harder for handicap to get around inside without having to move your car to shop

Their selection of stores has changed quite a lot over the years, but Hot Topic's customer service is second to none. Seriously the best one I've ever been to. The IMAX movie theater from Regal Cinema is the best place to watch movies in Eugene.
