VRC has everything a shopper could want. Very mapped out on a directory that's easy to locate your favorite shop. Employees are very knowledgeable, pleasant and the custodial staff keeps the center in spotless condition.

They've closed too many stores. You get there and realize theres really nothing to do.

Great place to chill especially after a long bike ride. Great stores as well.

This busy and active mall was easy to navigate with excellent shopping choices.

Its been known to have child and human abductions attempted here being its not far grim I-5. Not on the daily, I'm just saying please be safe, be diligent know your surroundings and keep your children close.

Horrible mall, no food selection, and horrible stores.

This mall was such a let down. Love ok like the last remodel was in the 80's.

Verizon people were not nice at all they were they wouldn't let us into the building directions outside and it was hot? Turn the lady there before me and she was really mad.

It's the most convenient mall to me. We go infrequently.

Best shops in eugene surrounded by some great options for eating out. Dont firget about the movie theater or the river walk behind the mall.

The mall has been around since I was young. Very welcoming environment inside. Nice place to go with friends. Decent food and items to choose from.

I like this mall. It is big, but not a place you can get lost in. Just an overall fun place to hang out in the Eugene-Springfield area. It has a wide selection of shops and stores to find something for everyone and there is even a Duck store! That's always a plus! :)

Adventure children's museum is great, also really liked the classic car show back in the Summer.

Valley River was an awesome place to shop at and the next time I'm in town I will shop there again

As far as malls go it's not spectacular but it's clean and being the only mall in Eugene, most of the big box regulars are represented. Located right on the Willamette river, it's a great place to park for a walk or bike ride along the Ruth Bascom trail along either side of the river. They also allow overnight RV camping for out of town visitors (check-in with security required).

Good mall and nice place to stop on drive between Medford and Portland. Also has a nice children's play area.

Single worst mall I have ever visited or worked in. Filthy bathrooms,many empty storefronts,the food court sucks and the mall staff is horrible.
They have cut their cleaning staff 50% in the last month but they have hired more fat ass Paul Blart mall cops to mean mug customers and employees alike.
Truly the worst run mall in Lane Co if not all of Oregon. Seriously

Small mall , needs more selection of sporting stores .

This place has something for everyone. Lots of parking and plenty of stores to choose from I love the ride along animals in this mall makes for a fun time. Also the message chairs are great and only cost 1 dollar.

Found the item we were seeking at just the right price.

The place is dieng! Used to be the place to go, been going there for 30 years. Now it's a dive.. 0 renovations from day one, a complete loss in shops and stores.
