Nice mall! Food court not that great but they have some good stores
Feeling dated and the main stores aren't places I feel the need to go to often...
what can i say, indoor malls are dying. but they have a Toxic burger (my fave, has keto buns) and a Torrid, Hot Topic, Zumiez, and Journeys shoes.
It has all the basics- the big names- aswell as some novelties. Another important factor is that its pretty well cleaned. In the end, its a nice place; but nothing all that great.
Lots of Places to Shop!! Food Court & All You would Expect in a Mall!!
They have an indoor playground, frozen yogurt, a food court, massage chairs, and nail parlors, plus shopping. That's everything a busy family with kids needs for some one-stop amusement.
Many wonderful stores. Great food in the food court. Local resturaunts not all chain food.
Good for shopping, yet lacks social warmth. Store staff in most stores are helpful. I shop, stroll through the mall about once a month. Some places I need to visit, Fiji / Fuji restaurant is one.
Decent mall although sort of small compared to some malls, best movie theater in town. Food court is expanding and has places with gluten free menu options (subway, and wiseguys)
Surprised at how many empty stores there were and how big the Victoria Secret's was
Lots of places to find what you need, especially especially for gifts.
Love love love valley River center Mall it's the best around well worth the drive from my home great service good prices and a huge variety of stores and choices
Like window shopping and there are couple of affordable stores inside.
It's a little more calm, not so much class. Kinda hippy-ish
Can't wait until it completely reopens but normally great place
Not much to do, overpriced. Still has a Cinnibon though.
Lots of small shops that have even been there for years.
Lots to do & plenty of parking & lots of great food optiona
JCPENNY after Christmas clearance shopping is the best!!! Get there while they last!!!
Not to big or to small. Good food court and looks of pretty college girls.
Largest local mall with national and local stores. Has a movie theater too.
Went to rue21. They are awesome sales people there. Helped me get the right size boots. I ordered 2 pair of boots and they were too small. I exchanged them with no problems. Fast and easy. Thank you to the sales woman at rue21 in Valley River Mall.
This place has declined rapidly with each new year. The people that run this mall have turned it into a joke. How anyone in that admin still has a job is beyond me
Had family photos made at JC Penny's. Lots of fun .
there is spots to kick back like the food court , Game stop, and many others
My favorite mall and popular hang out spot for me and my friends. They have something for everyone there
Fun little mall to blow money and time in. Typical for the most part. Some cute little closet stores that are interesting.
Very good place for shopping to eat and for children to have fun
It's the best (and only) indoor mall in Eugene. All types of shops from Rue 21 to H&M and many others! Many small food shops have taste testers for you as you walk around. The food court also has many great choices that you find in most other malls around the state.
Conveniently located mall with a variety of dining and shopping options.
Like all malls, sold most of the parking area to chain restaurants. Stores inside keep closing. Food court good variety. Play area for kids. Multiplex for movies. Still best mall in Lane County.
We brought our 18 month old daughter to the mall to meet Santa and it was adorable. We were able to book online and skip the line, very convenient!
Very shopping mall-y. Big yawn. Oakway center movie theater is wayyy better.
I love this place! Great for the whole family! My littles love the indoor play park
Went to Victoria's Secret, the worst customer service ever, true corporate business. If there was a way to vote a zero that would be more realistic.
This is 100% about the space and restrooms. It s average clean. Possibly comparable or less to Target. I was kinda grossed out to start with.
I feel like they could have better training with their cleaning staff. Not so much a need for people skills. But some common sense things like don t pick up things without even asking/noticing if it belongs to one of the nearby people.
One of the VRC cleaning employees picked up my things from the bathroom and walked away. Holding my stuff with his dirty toilet cleaning rubber gloves. Despite me being right there yelling hey that s mine leave it alone!
Only moments earlier I had said occupied when he tried opening my door.
I don t know how someone makes that mistake. And during COVID19 heavy restrictions.
It is not big as you imagine but still a good choice
Fun! Lots of neat stores & big department stores also. Food court & arcade! Nice family time
Besides having to wear the face mask it's always a friendly environment.
Plenty of stores to choose from. A good place to purchase scoop clothes.
A traditional shopping mall straight out of the 1980s, but a few interesting stores. I just wish for better quality dining choices.
It's expensive and they close too early, but it's the only real mall left now that Gateway is going down the tubes. Oakway is a better area to shop in, but that's not the point. They have a Wetzel's Pretzels and the best damn movie theater I've ever seen in a Mall by far (IMAX for the win) but this isn't an every week mall unless you're extremely well-paid and have free time in the middle of the day.
Small size mall. Nothing really in there. The best part was the dude that had the light up motorcycles that the kids can ride. And there is some good food in the food court next to Cinnabun.
Lots of shopping options... food court is nice... last real mall within 70 miles..
