We had a terrible experience with Valley Lexus in Modesto with the sales manager Dane Michaels. Looks like to me he doesn't like Asian people. We are a family & friend circle of 100+ here in the Central Valley and I will tell each and everyone of my family members to not go there. That guy is very unprofessional, rude and looks like to be in a power trip. Valley Lexus and higher authorities should fire him and hire friendly, knowledgeable, down to earth Sales Manager.
