I used to get excellent service when Kelly was my service advisor but now that he's gone the service dept down there is a pain to try to deal with. I had to wait over 3 weeks for warranty repairs, I get a call the day before my scheduled appointment by Rodrigo asking if I could wait 1 more week for my service and I said no that it was unacceptable for me to have to wait any longer than I already have because the guy who does rim repairs didn't want to come in on Friday the 8/11, when I go in for service finally I find out they don't have a loaner car for me like I was told when I made the service appointment I had to walk to enterprise rent a car across the street if I wanted to have a vehicle to drive since the dealer was going to have mine since 9am in the morning to who knows what time. Today 8/15 I call for roadside service to have my car towed in for a flat tire Rodrigo down at the dealership didn't know how to handle the situation and told me the parts dept would call me to schedule the roadside service. Then 10 mins later Rodrigo calls back and says "oh sorry our call got disconnected" I told him no we hung up after ending the conversation with you telling me that the parts department was going to call me to schedule the roadside service he then tells me that his manager said that they will not send a tow truck out for a flat tire they will send somebody out to put the spare on and I would have to drive the car into the dealership when I have already used roadside service to have my car towed into the same exact dealership with the same exact reason a flat tire. Rodrigo then proceeds to tell me that he will have his manager call me and I'm still waiting and it's been over 20 mins. I paid for a platinum warranty to get what I feel is at best brass service. It's pretty disappointing.
