BAD:
1) useless non-existent guarantee SO THEY DON'T CHANGE YOUR PIECE they find any excuse even "the guarantee is for possible availability of materials if you want to expand the kitchen" ABSURD! Wear of parts??? Macche even after a while I had problems.
2) RUDE AND LITTLE AVAILABLE ... for them the customer is not important!
3) OFFENSIVE AND PRESUMPTUOUS ... they even dared to covertly give me a beggar pee that I wanted the free spare parts according to them ... and not because they were under warranty
4) a piece of plastic 32 euros?! Absurd costs…
NEVER AGAIN ALL TALK AND LITTLE SUBSTANCE COOKERS NOT THEN OF SO HIGH QUALITY …

I have a Valcucine Artematica from 2000, an important project, a large kitchen, still in good condition, the door of the large corner pantry freezes due to wear of the gasket that acts as a guide. I ask Valcucine who to answer. we no longer produce the gasket, we practically arrange it.You decide to spend more, when you buy a kitchen thinking of choosing a brand with quality and competence over time obviously because the kitchen does not change like a tablecloth ....

10 years warranty only on paper, this is a summary of my experience with Valcucine. Totally negative then. A problem of materials that arose a few years after the purchase, in a responsibility dribble between Valcucine and the installer. For more than 6 months I have been waiting for a solution with a kitchen literally collapsed on the ground. I thought Valcucine was a serious brand, but unfortunately I had to change my mind.

Dear and with a bad quality !! I purchased a kitchen about 3 years ago and I must say that for the price I expected a medium-high quality.
On the other hand, the glass worktop has scratched everything (despite never having placed ceramic or glass dishes as indicated), the wall units above the hob with steam are all coming apart, the pistons of the wall units creak as if she was 20 and I could go on ...
If I went back, I wouldn't think of spending thousands of euros on super-poor quality. I strongly advise against it!

I am the son of a worker who worked at valcucine .... for a simple "shit" that colleagues had done to my father, he lost his job and his other colleagues did not. If by chance you wanted to fire him, just go and tell him in person, do not put on a theater on purpose to fire him. If by chance you have a contract with them do not do it ..... they will only make fun of you

With the company, not the store, I had the problem of not guaranteeing the guarantee for glaring construction defects. Despite high prices and famous brand. I would not recommend it to anyone.

My story: 1993, purchased over 5 linear meters of kitchen, still today all functional / functioning although "lived".
Banal "definitive" break (in the sense that the previous failures had been repaired by me with a little glue and inventiveness) of a chair foot.
Due to the Covid-19 emergency and policy #stiamotuttiacasa I wrote directly to the office to find out if this detail was still available (and where, if so): I didn't have time to file the email that the Italian Sales Department sent me "for free "at home a whole spare set for all chairs !!!
This is "Customer Care", I would say more: lifetime warranty (within reasonable limits, of course).

I read some negative reviews: I respect everyone's judgment, but for my part I still believe that to do "good business" you always have to agree in two ...

Valcucine's glass tops were the worst plans ever. Really bad. In less than 1 year of use they chipped 2 times with small bumps despite having praised them as fabulous. Of course only after delivery did we learn that the warranty only applies if the plan breaks completely.

A company with great care and attention to design. The staff are extremely helpful. A visit is recommended to understand how a modern company can be.

Zero assistance. I will never buy a Valcucine again
