Brenda & her team managed our rental home for three years and then recently helped us to sell the property. We live outside of Arizona, so having a company that knew what they were doing and someone we could trust was a big deal for us!
BEING A AGENT WITH THIS COMPANY 11 YEARS I HAVE NEVER HEARD ANY NEGATIVE STUFF SUCH AS WHAT JEREMY AND THE OTHERS HAVE DESCRIBED, PERSONALLY YOU CAN CHECK MY REVIEWS ON ZILLOW AND SEE WHAT REAL CLIENTS ARE SAYING ABOUT OUR COMPANY AND MY SERVICES.
Same issue as Jeremy, rented for 3 years, they are trying to keep almost my entire deposit. The amount being returned has changed several times. Do not rent from them!!them!themWorscustomer service
We had the very best experience with our realtor Gina Lawrence. She was an excellent communicator and would call both my husband and myself to be sure we both had a chance to ask questions and be totally informed of what was happening. Gina assisted us in selling our home and in finding a new one in the desired neighborhood. Everything with both transactions went exactly as she had prepared us for. She is very honest and shoots straight. We are very glad we chose Gina for our home buying and selling experience. I will definitely refer her to friends and would use her again if ever needed.
We rented with this company for 2 years and had a lot of difficulty getting in contact with them for issues we had to address, so we had to take care of many issues ourselves (partly due to the continual change in property managers).
When we moved out, our deposit was spent on problems which existed when we moved in and cleanup charges (4x to 10x higher than reasonable)
In retrospect it was regrettable to be entangled with this company. Find another company to do business with!
Horrible company. Avoid these agents and company at all costs. The term "customer service" and integrity within the real estate business does not exists here. Find a real business that specializes in real estate that believes in ethically representing you and your interests. AVOID.
I lived in a property for over a year and they were prompt to fix items if needed, kind and understanding. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and their services. Their agents strive to do their best and Ms. Ryan is a woman of integrity and cares about her tenants.
I should have listened to the reviews. Worst property management company ever. They give you the run around then refuse to make repairs. My property manager is the absolute worst. We ll end up in court eventually and they really could care less. Don t make the same mistake I did.
Never rent or buy from this company. Very rude unprofessional and does alot of scandalous work.

Don't rent dont buy don't even call worst Service, still haven't received my move out report and inspection or money looking for a lawsuite and bbb report save your time and evergy don't deal with this company.
