Westport Axle Review

I love every second when i was making chassis, Westport helped me develop many skills ,help me gain confidence made me stronger as a person and as a lead , second shift made me a tough and also gave me the motivation to succeed.. it's been 1year and 5 month and i still love does good old days.. screaming going up,

This place sucks to come deliver. No one seems to care that they had several delivery drivers standing at the waiting area. SMH

Never ever deliver a load here no body will take care u , 3 hrs waiting to get u bills 5 hrs waiting to unload u bad pple and bad place

HR in this place is the worse, but this Ron guy who posted a comment is the biggest a-hole on the planet. This guy went to work thinking he was going to keep the place afloat. He was always runnin his BIG mouth about how much he was needed in there, but really everybody in that place can be let go off whenever the sup. or man. wanted them gone. This guy Ron K talked about how didn't need the job that his wife was a nurse and took care of him. This P.O.S talks about other people and what hey did or didn't do but he is a nobody. He got fired cause he was getting loud with the lead ( ALAN ) just like he did to Pedro but when he did it to Pedro, Pedro took him to the office just like he was suppose to do, personally I would have beat his ass . Now like I said HR and the whole Management crew are all a bunch of incompetent fools .

What a nasty security and awful place to make delivery hate this place

I worked there for 2 years , and Bless I agree with u 100%, I learned a few postions and when I was working Trunion there was always suppose to be 3 people back there and most of the time there was only one, they had a lead name Pedro who would be on his phone 95% of the day and never come check up on us but then start yelling when we fell behind because there was only one person working,,,,and when I was on the line doing take off that also was a 2 man postion which I would 95% of the time do by myself, they always said i was a good worker but they also said i had a big mouth,,,,the reason i had that big mouth is because i would always be asking why am i by myself and the only answers that Christin Jones would say is if u do not like it there is the door,,,,,,i would complain about safety things and same answer,,,,,, then there was Alan the line lead, when he got that position man did that go to his head and he thought he was president,,,he would come to me saying Ron u r doing both jobs and if u don't like it there is the door, there was another time myself and another worker found shanks that were made and i handed them into the manager Christin and in turn told HR tony about it and the next day they had police in there asking me questions about if i was going to use them on pedro the lead, they have so many safety issues there and finally the HR department what a freaking Joke, they say they r here for the employees , yeah right , on the day that Alan was curseing and yelling at me i took him((((((((I took him))))))to HrR and i am the one that got fired, they refused my unemployment which then i fought in court which they never even showed up , and the decision was reversed in my favor, Just to let them know i did a complint thru OSHA, this place is the WORST place to work in the Lehigh valley if not the state, they treat u like garbage, Especially Tony form HR

Got unloaded within 30 min . All the dock workers were helpful in locating the receiving clerk for me .
