I worked for about 6.2 years in Dover.
One of the great company for mechanical engineers. Few teams are doing excellent projects. Lot many technical things are there to explore in Dover. Nice people, very helpful. Very good campus.

Company is good for the employees, flexible time and no matter whether they perform well it not, you'll find good colleagues inside apart from few.
And if you good at your profession don't join for contractual employement.
Company has multiple team OPCO projects and the given reviews would be their perspective views.

Once I have attended an interview in Dover. At the time of interview, I faced a bad experience from this company. They don't know how to consider their guests and candidates.

Unprofessional HR services and hiring decisions are too much dependent on French delivery center. Donkey kind of roles in IT department available if you are a lateral - Application support work, Gosh who does that in today's ever changing technological ecosystem...Must avoid company if you are lateral!

One of the great company to work for. Work life balance is awesome. No late working culture. Insurance, food and transport facility provided by the company on discount basis. Nice campus and its a very good product company.

Please do not attend any interview for Dover Bangalore.
They schedule interview only for head count. Waste company and stupid HR persons
