After making our reservation, The Vacation Company did a great job of keeping us informed. We recommend their services. It was nice to get notice as soon as our unit was ready.

Great Condo, Great Location, and Great Communication

The Vacation Company provided a great customer experience! Loved the app and the convenience of having all the info in one place. Very responsive and proactive with communications throughout the process. We had a slight issue with heat in unit and they had it handled in a few hours.

Everything was clean and ready for us to enjoy our vacation!!

I chose this house because it was a newer home not dated, even though it was not on the beach. The bad thing about that is we weren't that far from the beach. The big Sea Crest high rise totally blocked any view of even seeing sky over the beach. Houses were so close all around we didn't even fell comfortable opening the shades. One plus is the pool and deck was one story above ground level to offer some privacy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was nicely stocked with nice appliances probably because the house was new. The living room furniture wasn't comfortable and not enough seating for the amount of people the house is suppose to accommodate. I ask if the house had an elevator when I rented it and was told yes, but we weren't allowed to use it because it was locked. There was no instructions and we tried contacting the office several times about it and no one was there probably because it was Thanksgiving. Would have been really
nice to be able to use the fireplace since it was chilly and November while we were there, but couldn't. I had to pay extra to heat the pool so I fell like we should be able to use the fireplace even if they had to charge a little extra for it although they shouldn't . Cleaners needed to spend more time on floors and bathrooms. The best thing about the property is it's location to everything. We loved the area.

I have stayed here for the past 3 years with my family, and we love the area. It has direct access to an uncrowded part of the beach. The Vacation Company is very easy to work with, and they provide excellent customer support. We also have two young children, 1 yr. and 3 yrs., and it is a great place to stay with a young family. I highly recommend it!

This was a great beach home nice neighborhood great accommodations and beach pkg.

The location of our townhouse was wonderful, close to a lot of restaurants and the lighthouse and playground. I really appreciated all the extras the house had to offer: beach towels, beach chairs and toys. There was even a laundry basket. Little conveniences like that really made the stay pleasant. The kitchen was very well equipped for us and the space was prefect for us.

We had a Fantastic stay at this home for our Thanksgiving Family gathering. Home is nicely decorated and very clean. Beds are very comfortable and a bathroom off every bedroom! Location is perfect short walk to the beach and bike paths everywhere. We had lots of fun right in the backyard with a pool, hot tub and ping pong table. Great home will definitely rent again!

Excellent - The house was clean and had everything that we needed. We were a little unorganized at first with key codes (our fault, not The VC), so we had to call the Vacation Company for assistance and they were very helpful. One gentleman even came to the house to help us in. Would recommend this company and house to anybody who is looking to stay in Hilton Head. Thank you.

After booking I was promptly contacted to confirm my reservations and give me details about my stay. We actually had a water leak in my condo and after contacting the vacation company they were there with people to fix it within an hour. Easy to work with. Would recommend.

Great location! Can't beat that view from the balcony. Right on the beach and walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops. Only complaint was that the bed was not that comfortable.

Our unit was 1874 Beachside Tennis- the wins for this unit View- spectacular for HHI. Wrap around balcony, looking towards Daufuski. Private beach area, easy parking, one hour free tennis daily, keyless entry, across from Salty Dog. We were a little disappointed that the unit was not updated. I think we will return for the view, but needs updates.

They were a few days full of fun and comfort. It was a great experience, very organized and always aware of any question. The property excellent and very clean. Everything as promised ... We will definitely be back!

We rented a Hilton Head Island condo thru Vacation Company in May. The condo was very nice but we had problems with the clothes washer not working properly. The staff from Vacation Company worked diligently to resolve the issue. After several attempts to fix the washer and the repairs not resolving the issue they moved us to another condo and reimbursed a portion of our rent. They also gave us a gift card to local restaurants for the inconveniences we experienced. We were very pleased with the professional manner Vacation Company treated us and plan to us them in the future.

Villamare is a GREAT vacation destination and unit 3428 is a relaxing unit with an open layout and ocean views. Upgraded bathrooms and entry way to master suit and large guest room. ENJOY!.

54 Folly Field. We had a great time at the house. We loved having the big house and the pool right outside to enjoy! The kids woke up excited every morning to go out and enjoy the pool. My husband and I enjoyed the pool too. I was very happy that it was shaded, since I m fair skinned, and didn t want to have to deal with sunburns all week. I loved having a bathroom right outside by the pool so we didn t have to worry about the kids getting the house all wet.

The downside was we had an issue with the code for the lock. I had to call their answering service twice to finally get a message through to Brad . It took me about 45 minutes to get through and get it all fixed. It wasn t Brad s fault at all, it was the answering service not getting my message to him. He was very professional and fixed the problem right away! The other downsides were there were several light bulbs out on the patio, and the it seemed a little junky finding random furniture that was no longer being used in the house closets and garage.

Perfectly amazing communication, thoughtfulness and follow up with all my reconfirming and requests by The Vacation Company employees. Not an agent there who doesn t mind helping and assisting with anything. Bo, our maintenance man was delightful and responsive. Great group of people to do business with and the accommodations were perfect and extremely clean upon checkin.

The room layout is great for 2 adult couples or a couple with children. The only bad thing was the French doors going into the master have no sound proofing at all. If you want to sleep in and you have an early riser you re out of luck.

114 Beachwalk. My wife and I we re looking for a nice condo, near the beach that is dog friendly. This place was perfect with modern amenities. The office staff is very professional and stayed in touch during our stay. Not to mention the doggy goody bag and voucher to use with VayKgear. We re already planning on doing it again. Thanks!

The Vacation Company was SUPER to work with . Professional, proactive and responsive . All directions for the check in /out were sent directly to my phone . They provided beach towels ,and we had bicycles in the garage to use . Starter amenities kits in each bath, as well as the starter kit for the kitchen was a nice touch. Linen package . Everything was made easy for us . All 14 in our group gave the trip two thumbs up with smiles! Our family travels here every year . The Vacation Company had the best choices and prices for rentals ! Especially OCEAN FRONT . I will book through them in the future without hesitation !

We have rented from you many times over the years; it has always been a positive experience. Any minor issues that have arisen were always managed promptly and courteously. The properties are clean and well maintained. We continue to return year after year.

The Vacation Company offers a vast number of places to rent. They offer excellent amenities. The house my family stated in while vacationing in Hilton Head, SC was better than any hotel. We had a pole, use of the two car garage and four bicycles in the garage ready for our use. They kept in constant contact via email and text messages to make sure our stay went off without a hitch. They even provided detail directions for the smart TV, WI-fi and had a 24 hour maintenance person on call if needed. We will definitely use The Vacation Company for our next family vacation.

This is our 7th time staying at SeaCrest and bookin through the Vacation Company. We have always had a fantastic, organized and carefree experience booking with The Vacation Company. We have had various apartment experiences with some better than others but none were bad. This rental, 2303, is by far the best apartment for appearance, decor, cleanliness, functionality and spaciousness. We would definitely stay here again it it is available when we need it

We love this condo. It was very clean. It was very conveniently located to the beach. The Vacation Company was very easy to work with. We needed a couple of things and they were addressed immediately.
We would gladly love to come back to Hilton Head Island to vacation here again.

Perfect setting and all the amenities and extras provided by Vacation Company, Beth and Shawn, way beyond our expectations. The home was very clean and had a complete recent renovation. The screen porch with rocking chairs overlooking the ocean which was ~100 yards away at high tide and a 135 degree view of the ocean and Tybee island was memorable with dramatic sunsets and "big sky" stars and moon at night. Will be back, have enjoyed our utilization of Vacation Company for years and will continue.

This is a beautiful property! We ve stayed here before and absolutely love it. West Beach Lagoon is a very nice area. The house needs some updates along with some better fry pans and the screen over the pool needs to be cleared of the pine needles. There are so many pine needles that it s almost weighing it down to collapse.
Overall, it s a beautiful experience and the staff at Vacation Company are A+

This company is very very thorough with every detail you might need and easy to reach should you have any questions. Their app is awesome with all codes and information at your convenience. The property was beautiful and ready for our stay. Though this was our first time using TVC, I can highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Vacation Company contacted us when rental was ready. We did not need to wait until 4pm for normal check in time. Rental was very clean. All linens provided including beach towels.

We have vacationed at Hilton Head island and used the Vacation Company several times. We had a small issue with our Villa this year and they took care of it immediately and satisfactorily. We look forward to continuing to rent through them again. They are the best.

The property was fantastic for our needs. The condo was clean and we'll appointed. We enjoyed the convenient access to the pool and the beach. Our only recommendation would be to add a tv to the 2nd bedroom.

Stayed at Villamare #1103. Unit was very clean and had easy access being on the first floor. We had a nice view of the ocean and pool. There were only two of us, but could have easily accommodated others. We stayed October 9-13, 2019 and the weather was incredible. Villamare allows easy access to all of Palmetto Dunes amenities.

Great house with plenty of room. This house is furnished well and has everything you would need to make you feel right at home.

The location of the Condo at Stoney Creek was very convenient to the Harbour Town Shopping/Dining Area. Comfortable accommodations are a little outdated but reasonably priced. The large Association pool was just outside the door and well-maintained. Bike path begins at the end of the parking lot and accessed all areas of Sea Pines. Many bike rental companies are available to choose from.

We were there just after Labor Day, (post hurricane scare) and the Island was very quiet... easy to maneuver, and relaxation came easily.

We will return again to book through the Vacation Company.

The villa we stayed at was exceptional-clean and seemed to be recently remodeled. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will rent through the Vacation Company again!

I was new to The Vacation Company and new to booking a condo sight unseen. My experience has been wonderful! The Vacation Company did a fabulous job communicating with me from the time I booked until after I arrived. Their instructions ahead of time helped me to plan well and their emails helped my excitement to grow. Shortly after arriving at my condo (which was exactly as advertised) I locked myself on the balcony and The Vacation Company quickly arrived to set me free . I will definitely book others vacations through them and highly recommend you do the same!

Hilton Head is a beautiful place!! There is awesome scenery, relaxing beaches, and a calming atmosphere. We had a great time on our vacation. However, we were a bit disappointed with the location of the house we rented at 35 Bradley Beach Road. The neighborhood is mediocre, at best, and the house directly across the street from the house we rented is abandoned. Consequently, the view from the front porch of our house was awful.

The website said that the walk to the beach was only 3 minutes. However, in actuality, it was a 7 minute walk, walking at a good pace. In addition, the house did not have a wagon or anything to carry stuff to the beach so we had to lug everything. That made the walk seem even longer.

It was wonderful having a pool in the backyard to relax in after returning from the beach. It was also great having a washer and dryer in the house to do laundry, especially towels.

We had trouble wit the smoke detectors for the entire week. Someone from the Vacation Company came out twice to "fix" the problem. However, the problem was never resolved. My son had to disconnect everything in order to get the constant "beep-beep" from happening.

Speaking of "beep-beep", the door chime was activated on the doors. The only way to deactivate is to enter the security system code and then a specific number. We did not have the code, so every time someone opened and closed the doors, an alarm would sound. It was annoying, especially at 6:30 in the morning when one of my adult children got up every day and went outside.

35 Bradley Beach Road is close to a lot of restaurants, activities, shopping, etc. It was very convenient for us.

Unfortunately, we would not return to this location. There are more beautiful locations on the island.

I have to give a Mixed review of Villamare for this stay. On the plus side the unit is exactly as described in the heart of Palmetto Dunes resort, the center of Hilton Head island. It is just as the pictures show and is nicely appointed and we'll equipped. However I feel the rental agency The vacation company, dropped the ball with this rental. They failed to let me know all the construction and maintenance going on at the property. The pool deck was closed during the week as they were doing construction repairs around the pool. There was also painting and building repairs on going so stairwells were closed and scaffolding was up around the resort. The blowers and heavy machinery started up at 8 am every morning, at times so loud you couldn't sit on the Lanai and hold a conversation. They provide a code for the electronic door lock which is a nice feature so you don't need keys but come checkout time they lock you out. In my case the lockout took place an hour before checkout time as I was packing the car, forcing me to scramble to contact them to get access back into the unit. Villamare advertised a nice fitness center with indoor pool, hot tub and sauna but it's only open 8-5, so you have to choose between the fitness center or being outside during the nice parts of the day With all the places available to stay in Hilton Head this time of year I was disappointed with my stay, primarily because of the vacation rental agency.

We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation at 176 Mooring Buoy on Hilton Head Island. The property exceeded our expectations and provided a comfortable space for a large family gathering. The walk to the beach was not far at all and the neighborhood was beautiful. Our experience with the Vacation Company was exceptional. From booking through arrival to departure, they were attentive and helpful. We will certainly find future vacation rentals through the Vacation Company.

Our stay at 2302 SeaCrest went very well. Everything in our condo worked well and we had no complaints.

A minor thing you might want to check is the electrical plug in the bedroom right off the kitchen/living room area. The top outlet next to the bed (on the left side) did not work.

Otherwise, everything exceeded our expectations and we had a great week!

The Vacation Company was phenomenal. They responded to every inquiry and correspondened with me throughout the month prior to our visit. Once we arrived they were attentive to our needs. The house we rented was in an ideal location. It was large enough to accommodate my family of 12 very comfortably. The starter packs of detergents and toilet tissue was very much appreciated. The downside is that the house really needs freshening up. All the walls and woodwork need painting.

Loving our stay at 1105 Sea Crest! Location could not be any better. Convenient to everything (like right across the street from Coligny Plaza). We haven t had to move our car since we arrived 5 days ago. The unit even has an ocean view along with the courtyard s beautiful fountains and palm trees. We couldn t be happier with our choice.

Great company to rent from; the website was incredibly easy to use and allowed us to really personalize our search. The team was very helpful before and during our stay with any questions we may have had.

This condo was EXCEPTIONAL. Layout was perfect, decor gorgeous, everything well stocked. We even had a little issue with the dryer and they sent someone out within the hour on a Sunday! The pool was perfect for everyone including our two kids ages 4 & 7 where there was plenty of shallow end where they could touch. Beach is SO close, just a very short walk from the pool. The beach is absolutely gorgeous. Everything around this complex was pristine! Short walk or drive to Coligny Plaza with so many restaurants and shops! Shelter Cove and Harbour Town are also just a 10 minute or less drive. We had the best vacation here, would recommend this condo to EVERYONE but save a spot for us to come back!!

Love, love, love The Vacation Company!! They were absolutely delightful to work with from booking to departure. Their communication and technological access made our arrival and stay seamless. They have a great inventory of vacation villas and homes. We loved our condo and the area it was located. It was a perfect set up for our little family! We had a few small items that needed attention and they were on it!! They even came out on Easter Sunday to fix our issues. I cannot recommend them highly enough! We are already looking at re-booking with them next year... upgrading to a 2-bedroom this time.

They are a great company to work with. We had an excellent time and the property was perfect. The company checked with us several times to make sure everything was fine.

They got us a very nice rental but our pool has all the chairs chained and cautioned taped off. Very sad. Other pools have chairs. Anyway, they did not, to my knowledge, contact anyone about that. We paid a lot of money to rent here and have the pool area so forlorn. The excuse is COVID -19. I get that but some things make no sense. Give us the choice. Put chairs out.

21 Forest Dr., Sea Pines. Could be a great house. Except for the roaches (palmetto bugs), 2 inches and small ones. Some every day. One crawled across the belly of one of us while sleeping. Not as clean as should be. Moldy shower curtain. Utensil tray dirty. Wash clothes cross between cheap paper towel and plastic scrubber.

Villamare Condos at Hilton Head Palmetto Dunes are great. Directly on the beach, beach views, and units r nice.and very clean. All equipped with everything u need. Vacation Company even provides beach towels to use. Love the area and the company is wonderful to work with. Never have had a problem using them. Will definitely go through them next year.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only negative was I called to report the toilet ran constantly in one of the bathrooms and I was told someone would be there on that day or the next. Five days later still no one responded.

Our Vacation Company experience was tremendous! We used the Vacation Company for a week-long villa rental in Shipyard on Hilton Head Island. From the time we selected the property on-line through the end of our stay, the staff at Vacation Company was attentive and helpful. The rental process was clear and easy online. The staff also contacted us after our reservation to see if we had questions and to be sure we understood the contract and payments. Whenever I had questions, they were answered quickly and professionally. The staff really seemed to care and were very friendly. During our stay, we had an issue with a clogged shower drain. A Vacation Company employee came to the villa within 20 of our call. He assessed the situation and contracted a plumber who arrived within 30 minutes and fixed the problem immediately. Fastest service we have ever received! We would also highly recommend the villa at 189 Beachwalk. Fresh, clean, and beautiful in a quiet neighborhood with the best access to the beach in Shipyard. It had everything we needed.

The house was very nice. We enjoyed our week long vacation here. The proximity to the beach was great. The pool was also wonderful.

Absolutely seamless experience with this rental company. The app is truly awesome (remember the days of actually waiting in line to pick up actual keys?) and contained so much helpful info. We were happy the bikes were included in our rental. The home itself was exactly as pictured in the photos. "Starter" items (detergent, paper products) were generous and could probably be enough for one week without purchasing additional items. I would recommend giving this company a try and will rent from them again in the future.

The condo was lovely with acceptable furniture and appliances. It was clean but not immaculate and the ice maker wasn't working. The staff is friendly but lacked follow through on making repairs during our stay. The fire TV is ok but a hassle if you're not used to it. Because of the location and the great times we've always had in Hilton Head, we would recommend this company and we'll stay here, again.

Adequate accommodations and location. Little confusing on what was included in the rental, ie. reservation confirmation stated an hour of tennis/pickle ball was included but when we checked with the center it was not. Also, did not know 3 chairs, an umbrella and beach towels were included...would have been nice to know since we travelled a distance. Overall, would stay again and ask more questions at times of reservation confirmation.
