The management company was great at communicating before the trip and during our stay. We had a lot of issues with our villa and Tiffany was very helpful in working through what could be done toward an acceptable resolution. Unfortunately, the issues all resolved around lack of cleanliness and maintenance of the condo. So, although they were helpful and responsive when the problems became evident, the condo should have been clean and maintained to begin with. It caused a lot of stress on our trip which is not what is needed on vacation. Also, we were told repeatedly check out was by 10:00 am and I received texts and emails asking us to let them know the minute we leave the condo. We had cleaners knock on the door as we were packing at 9:15 am and an inspector for the unit a few minutes later before we had finished packing our belongings and loading the car. It was annoying especially considering no inspection of our unit had been done previously before we arrived.

Updated review: I wrote a review of the actual property on their website (there were no other reviews of it) and my review never posted. I called to inquire why and they told me my review was pulled because I didn t mention they refunded some of our money . They refunded some of our money because the property was filthy and had mold growing on an A/C air vent. I did mention they came to a resolution. So beware that their reviews are NOT unbiased. Either the company or the owners censor the reviews. Our family rents in HH twice a year and we will never use this company again and certainly wouldn t recommend them to anyone else.
