Doug Cheryl and John have helped me on several occasions fix a deal and close esscrow. I recommend them to realtors and private buyers as well.

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone, customer service is worst, my client waited a month to be told that he did not qualify, they never answer the calls and when they answer they have him waiting 30 minutes. There's no Manager or any person in charge. I'm very disappointed ! this kind of companies need to be closed because they never take care of the customers.
To be honest they don t deserve one star. Escrow kept getting pushed back up to 3 months!! Unbelievable. Every time you thought you where done they needed something else therefore stalling escrow. Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!! Run far!
Have had the honor working in the industry for over 33 years Manufactured homes have always been a tough one as I was always promised something and it did not happen....Not the case with the team of John and Harmony, from the very beginning they have over delivered on what was promised, so grateful that they were able to take my friends from a place of nerves to a place of celebration. We have bought and sold homes with no issues but buying our home through US Financial was a nightmare. Asking for documents 2 or 3 times because they can't find them....to not getting back to us for the next step. After too many headaches...almost 5 months after we started the process we finally closed.

I submitted an application Three weeks ago and I never got a call back even though I called them and had my agent call them like 5 times, I would never get a call back. I lost the offer to the manufactured home I was interested in, I am a person with great income and great Fico score and I was treated like I was no one, like I never qualified. They made me doubt myself, I felt like I was not a good candidate to purchase a home and was discouraged. Just Google Santiago Financial, They processed my application from one day to the other.

I was referred to this company several months ago by a fellow real estate agent as a resource for my Senior Buyer clients to acquire financing on manufactured homes which other more conventional lenders would not offer or consider. For Seniors who are dealing with downsizing and limited budgets the manufactured homes are a viable way for them to have a home, in a more secure community. Many times they can not afford those transitions without a bit of financing.
The first person I spoke with was a gal named Harmony.( Frankly I expected a voicemail because that is what I am used to with many other lending institutions.) She was so friendly and ready & able to answer all of my questions which were numerous as they were regarding all of my buyers situations...I had three Buyers writing offers on unique homes in different parks and with different financial needs. Within a few hrs, I had another very pleasant conversation with the owner Joseph. The quick and very professional service allowed me to write all three offers which were all accepted !
I have also found that all members of their team,application,appraisal and loan processing, have been so responsive and on detail.
I wish that I had found these folks earlier in my Real estate career ! I happily refer them to all and look forward to working with them whenever I can !!!

Absolutely the most disastrous loan process EVER! Our application went through four different people at US Financial. There was absolutely no communication or organization in the process of transferring documents and information during their hand offs. The underwriter Cheryl, is either new or just entirely clueless! Completely refused to answer our calls or our emails! Had our file in limbo for over 3 weeks. We had to re-sign and resend documents repeatedly! She submitted our file to the actual lender WITHOUT the correct documents which she had in her possession!! We should have funded already but the lender has had a useless file since last week and unable to fund!
Save yourself the hassle and find another broker! They may be good at something but it's not loan processing! Should have dealt directly with 21st Century ourselves and not wasted months with US Financial! Our loan has taken over 8 weeks to even get to the lender. We've paid the down payment and all funds due but still without funding of our loan.
The most frustrating and infuriating home buying process ever! Both our agents and title company AGREE!
The worst experience we ever had! If you are dealing with Cheryl forget about her ansewering your phone calls let alone her returning your call. We where homeless for over a week because of them. To make a long story short think twice about using them. Also had to spend an extra $500.00 to keep our stuff in the U-Haul thanks U.S. financial!!!

Just had another of there telemarketers hang up on me when I tried to explain politely that I do not want to remortgage. They wanted a reason why and I apparently didn't have the right answer.

I'm only giving 2 stars instead of one because of Cherly, who seems to be the only fully honest and competent one there. Rob made several promises he did not keep, and seemed overwhelmed stating we, my agent and seller's agent, were being "antsy" because he did not keep his word. Their lender is 21st Century whom are by far the WORST experience of my life. They wasted 6 weeks of my time, and I lost my deposit and appraisal due to their negligence and broken promises. Always being told they'll have an answer tomorrow for the millionth time. That should be their slogan on repeatedly. I appreciate whatever effort was being made but they need to be educated on better customer service.

I m a realtor in the Santa Cruz area and a big chunk of my clients are first time home owners, Spanish speaking. I ve looked high and low, Murphy Bank or Bay Federal and this broker has the best rates and low downs for pre-hud homes or new mobiles, leased land. Pre-his are old mobiles before 1959. Most lenders ask for 50% on them.
The team there is tight, they are family owned and I ve enjoyed working with Harmony and Danielle, as well as their president Joe Tobey who speaks Spanish. Overall I always recommend US Financial Network because I know they will try their hardest to make things work for my clients and run different situations so my client has options.
However, ask who they are originating the loan from if from 21st Century be careful for your client. They run their own program there and will not make exceptions on funding in AM so 2pm it will be and could push your closing to the following business day.
From the very beginning of my experience with them, it has been smooth and easy. I have to give the credit to Harmony as she is not only 100% customer focused, she does what she says she will and follows up in the time frame she gives. She does it all with a smile in her voice and an extremely professional way. She s also fun to talk to - this is my first mortgage and I felt very ignorant with some of my questions. She assured me I was not and proceeded to explain in terms I could understand that would answer my questions.
Having worked as a customer service manager for an airline for 28 years, I would have hired her in a split second knowing I would never regret it.
While I did deal with Harmony 99% of the time, I also had occasion to interact with John Bohrer -again, super helpful, professional and made this process easy. I would recommend the company in a heartbeat!
I don t know how anyone can give them less than five stars. Every experience I had with them is fantastic and I m writing this from the comfort of my new home thanks to them. John and Robert are fantastic and are there to help with everything and anything I needed. The office assistant Jeanette was very attentive and helpful even at times where I called minutes before closing. I highly, highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a mobile home. I swear you will not be disappointed.
