I worked with Harmony Lawton out of the San Juan Capistrano office. I found her and the company to be very helpful, courteous, and responsive to my questions. In the end I chose not to get a loan, but that had nothing to do with the company itself. I would highly recommend this company for anyone who is needing funding to purchase a mobile or modular home.
