Absolutely the most disastrous loan process EVER! Our application went through four different people at US Financial. There was absolutely no communication or organization in the process of transferring documents and information during their hand offs. The underwriter Cheryl, is either new or just entirely clueless! Completely refused to answer our calls or our emails! Had our file in limbo for over 3 weeks. We had to re-sign and resend documents repeatedly! She submitted our file to the actual lender WITHOUT the correct documents which she had in her possession!! We should have funded already but the lender has had a useless file since last week and unable to fund!

Save yourself the hassle and find another broker! They may be good at something but it's not loan processing! Should have dealt directly with 21st Century ourselves and not wasted months with US Financial! Our loan has taken over 8 weeks to even get to the lender. We've paid the down payment and all funds due but still without funding of our loan.

The most frustrating and infuriating home buying process ever! Both our agents and title company AGREE!
