I'm only giving 2 stars instead of one because of Cherly, who seems to be the only fully honest and competent one there. Rob made several promises he did not keep, and seemed overwhelmed stating we, my agent and seller's agent, were being "antsy" because he did not keep his word. Their lender is 21st Century whom are by far the WORST experience of my life. They wasted 6 weeks of my time, and I lost my deposit and appraisal due to their negligence and broken promises. Always being told they'll have an answer tomorrow for the millionth time. That should be their slogan on repeatedly. I appreciate whatever effort was being made but they need to be educated on better customer service.
