From the very beginning of my experience with them, it has been smooth and easy. I have to give the credit to Harmony as she is not only 100% customer focused, she does what she says she will and follows up in the time frame she gives. She does it all with a smile in her voice and an extremely professional way. She s also fun to talk to - this is my first mortgage and I felt very ignorant with some of my questions. She assured me I was not and proceeded to explain in terms I could understand that would answer my questions.

Having worked as a customer service manager for an airline for 28 years, I would have hired her in a split second knowing I would never regret it.

While I did deal with Harmony 99% of the time, I also had occasion to interact with John Bohrer -again, super helpful, professional and made this process easy. I would recommend the company in a heartbeat!
