I was referred to this company several months ago by a fellow real estate agent as a resource for my Senior Buyer clients to acquire financing on manufactured homes which other more conventional lenders would not offer or consider. For Seniors who are dealing with downsizing and limited budgets the manufactured homes are a viable way for them to have a home, in a more secure community. Many times they can not afford those transitions without a bit of financing.
The first person I spoke with was a gal named Harmony.( Frankly I expected a voicemail because that is what I am used to with many other lending institutions.) She was so friendly and ready & able to answer all of my questions which were numerous as they were regarding all of my buyers situations...I had three Buyers writing offers on unique homes in different parks and with different financial needs. Within a few hrs, I had another very pleasant conversation with the owner Joseph. The quick and very professional service allowed me to write all three offers which were all accepted !
I have also found that all members of their team,application,appraisal and loan processing, have been so responsive and on detail.
I wish that I had found these folks earlier in my Real estate career ! I happily refer them to all and look forward to working with them whenever I can !!!
