My husband had short term insurance through them and when we were ready to cancel his policy it was nearly impossible to get ahold of someone. When we finally managed to do so we got a representative who spoke very poor broken English and whom yelled at us on the phone when explaining anything. We were charged after several phone attempts to cancel his policy and were basically told we are SOL. This company is the biggest scam out there, if giving zero stars were an option that what would have been given. Do NOT use this company, even if your desperate.
