I just spoke to a representative a few minutes ago...

I just spoke to a representative a few minutes ago who lacks professionalism and definitely disregards your organizations code of conduct when speaking with people on the phone during a claim call.

She purposely did not provide me a claim number so I can call back for status or updates; not sure if she even entered the claim properly in your system.

She denied me her name...
Rather than giving me information in regards to the claim I was completing with her, she went on a rant stating that your customers insurance wasn t valid on the date she hit my car. I asked said representative to simply verify via your system if the insurance was active before or in present date and she said she was not allowed to provide that information to me; that an underwriter would contact me in 2-3 weeks to verify.

I think that timeframe is extreme to just verify a policy and when I brought it to her attention that is when she became completely hostile bothered and unethical denying information and hanging up on me.

If you don t like the job, move on and find another field rather than damaging the companies image with your unnecessary miserable attitude.
