It's a trash of company. They have not answered my case for 2 months. only one adjuster attends to you (in my case Anthony Louis ext- 32234), and they never answer the phone. The answering machine comes out and even if you leave the message, they never call you. You call any customer agent representative of the call center and they do not hear the problem, they directly transfer the call with your adjuster (which I already mentioned, does not answer the phone.) What is needed to sue or close this nasty business?
